College has very strict discipline which very student has to follow
Clean campus and classrooms and also a well maintained hygiene
Teaching is very good well experienced professors are there

They don't allow to use mobile phones in the campus
You have to follow a dress code i.e salwar suit

Well one of the reason for choosing this college is it is close to my house and also this college is established from my mother's time and she always have listened about this college and this is also why I came to this college as it is number 1 college of Bihar and also north east

Yearly fees is approx 80000 ruppees And tution fee is Approx 42000 And also scholarship aids are provided to ews i.e one semester fees every year are not taken by them Also for low caste students there is certain benefits you get

Campus Life

There are lot of fest and program and annual concerts happens in the college. Also lot of club that students can register them self into. There is huge Library available for students to read not only about curriculum but also about other things they are interested in

Admission

I haven't applied for any other colleges as I was cleared I want to come to this college and luckily I have given entrance exam and got in. Entrance exam is mainly related with you 12th syllabus plus general knowledge and English

Faculty

In bcom faculty are there almost 11 and students are approx 300 (150 in each class) And we have 6 semester now 8 semester based on new education policy and you have to give 2 exams in every semester i.e mid and end sem

Night Life

There is college gym provided for free and also a central library and also a departmental library for students . There is college own hostel which student can register to get in for. There is certain restrictions in college hostel that you can't go out much

PWC is a powerful college!

Placement Experience:

Currently not many as Bihar hardly have industries but our college has made some connections and therefore those industries come for placements. However only 30-35% students are placed and not many as of now.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed. My sister years ago was taking a test for a personal assistant position where she was asked to type a large number of words per minute error free.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Nothing influenced me yet i just have to go for it because of my graduation . Yes they prepare you good enogh for the rat race you are gonna do in coming future . The curriculam is a joke they will put information today and you have to get today only . I would suggest some of the rules and regulations should be maintained by the staffs and students even with teachers. Exams should in such manner no student can atleast face problems regarding admit cards and can cheat . there is no difficulty in in mid one but final one .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I Wanted to Clear Few Professional Exam's and and few of them graduation was mandatory so on that note I've chosen this Course. See, I've done my B.com(Hons.) in Accounting and finance and my professional course is completed related to that so it helped me quite sort of like that. There must should be some accountability too for one who clearrs the paper and needs improvement while checking each student's paper No there's isn't any kind of improvement it needs that's good enough till yet !

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the B.Com curriculum at LNMU around 7.5/10 for relevance and coverage. I chose this course because it included all the important commerce subjects needed for government exams, higher studies like MBA, and basic professional courses. The syllabus builds a good theoretical foundation, but it lacks practical exposure like Tally, GST or real industry projects. Teaching methods are simple and could be improved with more modern, interactive approaches. Exams are held twice a year and follow predictable patterns, so the difficulty level is moderate. With notes and regular study, most students clear them easily.

Placement Experience:

Big 4 and some manufacturing companies who have large scale accounting are the ones who have partnered with college to get them the real workforce for their organisation. PWC is a powerful college!

Admission are based on 12th scores and let me tell you that they aren't easy at all. Firstly it's a minority college and therefore Christian reservations are 20% and so cut-off for non Christian students hits 90 mark every year. PWC is a marquee institute!!

I applied for DU and LSR or no DU was my plan. I couldn't get LSR and in other colleges I was getting the branches which i didn't wanted and therefore I took admission in PWC. It's a great college and cut-offs are hoght. No entrance through like DU and therefore for students who have done their HSC sincerely can get admission here easily....Read More

Patna Women's College is best example of Empowerment!!

Admission are granted on 12th cut-offs like for Bihar State Board the cut off was 82 and for CBSE board it was 89 for our course. So this is the process as college forms are out in May after the 12th results.
