Course Curriculum Overview

4

I think the curriculum is average but is well updated with the present. It prepares us for various jobs. We think the lecture timings need to be increased for specific subject and decreased for specific subjects too. Teaching methods can be improved little.

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly tuition fees when I applied (2022) was 1,15,000/- The university fees is 36,000+5000/-(exam fees) The corporate fees is 29,500/- This is the total sum 1,85,500/- for each year. I am pursuing Bvoc in Fashion designing. It's a 3year course and my fees increases each year for new admissions. Ours being constant.

Campus Life

3

Typically in February we have days celebrated at our institute. Also we celebrate major festivals and have small parties held at the institute itself. The parties are memorable indeed. Also we have freshers partyy every year prolly in the month of October. We have a small library at the institute where we can access books. I feel the infrastructure can be improved as we are a designing college.

Admission

I researched a lot about fashion colleges while I was applying for an admission. I selected my college because of the exposure they provide. The fashion events and industry expertize provided is incomparable with any other fashion institute

Faculty

5

We have good faculty members at our institute that's the only thing I like the most. It's a 3year course so we have 6 sems..2 semesters per year and exams are held at the end of each sem. Usually we have 60marks for practical and 30 marks for theory

Night Life

4

I am a localite so I don't have any hostel experience. There are few hangout spots near our college like Hakka Mumbai and Pops where we usually hangout in the evening. It's safe to roam around night but it's nice if you are hanging out in groups.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In past i have given competitive exam so at that time i was very fustrated so i decide to change my stream so therefore i choose to become an interior designer Because my father have business in the same feild so i thought to extend my father business. This feild teach us how to communicate with the people in the market and conveinced them for your design. And we do have many site visite and market survey for that.this is how this feild prepares us for real -world . This feild is very underrated Because parents think ki our child should be doctor or engineer only.as many people not consider design as an art . the duration of the exam is 15-20days . the paper are easy -moderate level.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum was great and equipped with knowledge and skills needed . It helped me for my masters in uk as well . But I feel more practical implementation of that knowledge was lacking. Exams where to easy to crack . More emphasis on Pratical part should be given . Exams should be more real problem solving oriented questions to check the knowledge of student on food safety problems in food industry.
