Course Curriculum Overview
To be very honest I wanted to join this batch because i wanted to enjoy my college life without any pressure, also I'm looking forward to do MBA right now To prepare students, they take extra classes after completing the whole syllabus along with the vivas etc to make sure no-one fails in the semester examination As the college is affiliated with the Calcutta University syllabus, the papers are usually hard but only for people who study less
Internships Opportunities
No stipends are provided but Certificates are given to the students which can help them in future Companies like LearnX provide internship to the students, where they work as a team leader or as a subordinate. The Certificates and projects are needed for the semester vivas
Fees and Financial Aid
Hi, Tushar Gupta here I'm pursuing B.com 4year (hons)degree at the Bhawanipur Education Society College. For the B.Com (Hons) batch, 40000 is charged for every semester here. As a whole, the charge for the entire course is on and around 3,10,000
Campus Life
I'm a musician and the college has this music collective named Crescendo, which organises the Euphonious Inter College musical fest on September/October within the college premises, It is a proper entertainment for people who love music and there comes The Umang, the most hyped, well known college event in the whole Kolkata, organised by the College where around 150+ colleges participate,held within the college premises while the winters are on ! it is a 4 day event with the last day being a special performance day,where bollywood singers like Amit Trivedi, KK, Salim Sulaiman, Armaan Malik, Mohit Chauhan (last year) and more have performed ! College organises the Urja event for athletes so that they show their athletic skills !
Admission
Firstly,I didn't apply for other colleges because I got 70% but that was because of some medical issues that aroused within my family, which affected me mentally Secondly, I wanted to be a part of this college so that I can actively participate in the events without having any academic pressure ! The admission process is simple, they charge you for the application form and you need atleast 70% to take admission in this college !
Faculty
The teachers here are very lenient and supportive when it comes to clearing doubts and understanding the students, i like most of the teachers of my school specially dean sir and vivek sir ! i like dean sir because he is a very friendly and pure hearted person, and CA vivek sir because he too is a friendly person and helps students clear the doubts very very few of them fail to clear the semesters because of the new party generation ofcourse.
Night Life
after college, students usually go to The Canteen which is no less than a proper cafe, and sports arena where they can play 8 ball pool, snooker, table tennis, carrom, chess , boxing and darts. Mostly they go to a renowned cafe named Chai Break,Forum Mall,Bikers Cafe or Tyre patty The locality is safe around at night, where even girls van walk freely without having any tension !
