Course Curriculum Overview
Regarding that, Since mechanical engineering is fading away in many colleges, CIT offers you great facilities even for core branches! They also enable students to learn coding aswell as designing softwares for being future proof they also conduct baga competitions and many competitions for core branches
Internships Opportunities
There are internship opportunities which is mandatory for you to complete in your sem holidays, for mechanical students the chairman of the institute owns a core based company and students are trained in there
Placement Experience
Cit prepares the student to appear for placement right after their third year, they also have a placement team which focuses on this particular matter. There are many companies that appear for recruiting, tech mahindra, saint gibain etc. the average placement is 3,00,000 and highest of last year was 52lpa

Campus Life
Cit offers many options, both technical and non technical fests. Students perform in hackathons, and do skillracks etc. There are many clubs including connects, immerse and much more which help you overcome your stage fear and develop your non technical skills. There is also sport facilities which you can join
Admission
I scored a cutoff of 153.5 and the college availabe through government quota for me was RIT, SVCE, REC but since they dont provide much importance to core subjects, I was in a lookout for a college which provided good quality education even for the core branches so I opted CIT
Faculty
The factulties help you grasp the concept and are available to answer your questions Regarding the exam pattern, There are 8 sems overall and inbetween there are practicals, internal(1&2) and model exams Regarding the difficulty of the exam: If you spend atleast 2 hours of your day preparing for the exam from day 1 you can easiy score good marks
Night Life
The hostellers can roam around the campus until 8 for food or just play in the ground. There are three canteens in this college which provide decent quality food. They provide both veg and non-veg in the canteen
