Course Curriculum Overview
I Am Interested In Psychology From The 10th. So I Choose MSU For The Psychology Because Here It's only Govt. University Provide Psychology In English. Also Here Are Subjects Like Urdu French German Russian Archeology & Many More So According To New NEP You Can Also Choose Different & New Subjects In Your Studies. In Psychology Here Are They Teach us Nicely & Topics & Course Are Also Helpfull For us In Future. I didn't find any difficulty here college in exam They Give 2hr. For 50 marks paper &1hr for 25 marks paper.
Fees and Financial Aid
At The Maharaja Sayajirao University Baroda Fees For a Bachelor Of Arts Is Different For Girls & Boys. 7530 For Girls & For Boys around 8700. All fees are included here. For scholarships, we can take digital Gujarat scholarships if students come from Gujarat. Here no other type of scholarship is provided to students from the University.
Campus Life
I Didn't Find Any Annual Festivals Yet. Here Are Biggest Library Called H.M. library. Maybe Upto 5Lakh Books Are Here. Any Student Of MSU Can Visit There & Threw membership can take books. They Provide Sports Activities To MSU Students in a very less cost. Also Group Like Yuva Shakti, BVM , BMG help students.
Hostel Facilities
MSU Hall Of Residence. I Find It Affordable Then PG. If You Live in Hostel 10000 Fees + Food Bills Can Be Around 3000 or 3500 Per Month So Your Yearly Expenses Can Be Around 35000 to 40000.I Find Very Nice Food Quality Now They Provid 2 time Nasta & lunch + dinner. In Kuch & Dinner they provide 1 any vegetables sabji + 1 grains(kathol) sabji & Dal Rice Roti Salad Papad & aachar. If You Have To Eat Fast Food You Can Go Central Canteen they provide all type of fast food. In 1 room here are 4 beds or 6 beds.
Admission
I Applied In St. Xavier's Ahemdabad , LD Arts In Ahemdabad & Many Other Colleges As A Option. But I Didn't Get Admission In St. Xavier's English Medium Because I Am From Gujarati Medium So I Opt. This Option. After In 2nd Round I Get Admission in MSU. After I Paid Fees I Find My Name In L.D Arts Also But I Choose MSU. MSU Has very Good Reputation In Everywhere Also With Some Benifits. This Year Student Provided College Through GCAS portal. So At The Time I Applied In GCAS. & prioritise MSU as First. I Have 82.67 % in HSC. In Merit List I Find My Name In 2nd round from 4 rounds.
Faculty
I Am Pursuing Psychology So There For Each Ch. Different Faculties Are Come To Teach. In Different Different Department Different Rules & Facilities. I Didn't Find Any Faculties Who Behave Wrongly To Students I Think They Are All Good With Students. Basically I See Staff Has Nice Behaviour Towards Us..
Night Life
At MSU Physical Education Department Any MSU Student Can Go For Sports & Other Physical activities. They Provide This All Service In Very Low Cost You Can Join GYM in only 600? For Per year. For Library they provide membership in only 50?. Also You Can Find Nice Canteens in Campus Also. If You Are Coming From Other Places Here Are Hostels For Girls & Boys. Both Are At Different Places. Hostel Fees Are For Girls Is 10000 per year & food charges are extra. At Mess you can eat. Now they provide very good & hygienic food. Your one day cost if you include breakfast lunch & dinner it will be arround 100 to 120. In Hostel Time Limit At 9:10.
