Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is mostly relevant to the course but there are some courses which are unrelated like human value ethics and all but they are not that tough and easy to score so that you can maintain you CGPA.
Internships Opportunities
There are several internship opportunities starting 3rd year of college. Various companies visit and select students for internships and also give them pre placement offers. There are several rounds and CGPA qualification after which you are selected for internships.
Placement Experience
The placements of this college are good but the placement rate is declining from past 2 years. But yet there are several good opportunities as top tier companies like Microsoft , Adobe , bny melon visit for placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees of my college is around 6-7 lakhs and it increases by 10% every year. All branches in this college has fees around 23-27 lakhs. You can get scholarship if you get 9.25 above CGPA. Other than that you can also get scholarship from JEE Advanced rank if your rank is under 12000.
Campus Life
The overall campus life including infrastructure is mediocre. But the clubs are what keeps you engaging in this college. The social life is good too as there are only 4 branches in BTech and around 600 people of your whole batch you know pretty much everyone around yourself.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are pretty good and well maintained. The sharing washrooms are also clean . There are total 6 hostels in the campus including one Girls hostel. There are lifts in the hostels also Table tennis table and pool table in hostel to keep you engaged.
Admission
The admission process is not that time taking and it takes about 3-4 hours . I chose this college mainly because of its placements and I was getting a good branch as compared to other colleges and I wanted to pursue CSE or something related to it so I chose this college.
Faculty
The faculty members are polite but they are not that good at teaching. The curriculum is a bit tough and the exam system is like quizzes midsemester exams and then end semester exams. The marking scheme is tough so it's hard to score marks in subjective examinations
Night Life
The nightlife in college is very disappointing as the hostel and college gate both in timing is 10:45. You have to stay in your respective hostel after the intime and also the college is around 10kms from the city so it's not convenient to go City.
