The experience story

The course curriculum consist of mamy subjects which helps in your overall growth. If you are studying foreign language then it will help you in getting good jobs in abroad. The communication skills and behavioural sciences help you in advancing your skills and your behaviour. And the core subjects and lab subjects help you in getting wet lab experience as well as theoretical knowledge and the way how to apply the theoretical knowledge in your lab work and day to day life.

There are lot of options for internship provided by University. And you will get a good stipend too. Sometimes University helps you in getting accomodation free of cost in guest houses and cottages of particular organisation. You will have you fill form and then they will help you in getting internship.

From your 2nd last semester you can sit for placements. And if you go for any internship and they select you for job then you can be placed there. A lot of companies visit amity for placement drive and they select number of students from various courses at different packages. Last year a guy from cyber security secured 54 lpa package in Microsoft in cyber security. I would go for masters after completing my course from Amity. And I will do my masters from Amity only.

University provides scholarship on the basis of your 12th grade scores. If you have scored more than 85% then you are eligible for 25% scholarship and it goes till 100% if you have scored more than 95% in your academics. If we talk about tution fees currently 8 am paying 55000 per semester and I am in my 5th semester right now. But if we talk about my first semester fees it was 47000 and it is increasing by 5% per semester. But from the last two years Amity has decreased their course fees by approx 20% for students. I scholarship you can avail here are if you got any kind of scholarship in you first year on the basis of your 12th standard grades then you can continue it by scoring highest gpa in your class, and it will continue till you are in top 2 of your class. For example - if you got 100% scholarship in you first semester and you are scoring highest marks then you can continue the 100% scholarship throughout the course.

If we talk about campus life then the events and fests not let you feel like you are away from your home. You will don't get time to miss your home because there are events which are lined up for your entertainment and making you happy. There are more than 50 events per year. There are two libraries and you can access both the libraries any time when it's needed. There is a particular 15 days sports event which will make you feel too energetic. And these sports days are always unforgettable for everyone. There are lot of clubs and social groups which helps people and leave a deep impact on student life.

The hostel facility is too good. You will get a flat which consist of 3 rooms for 6 persons. In the infrastructure of hostels are too good. I loved the hostel infrastructure. If we talk about its cost then amity hostels are too affordable and nice. You will get a bed, table, chair, almirah, and a reck in every room . You have to register for hostel when you take admission, you can fill the registration from while you are getting starting your classes.

This university has very high tech labs and faculties you make you to learn in a lot of things in that labs. You get various workshops, seminars and guest lectures which helps you to learn about industrial development and how the industry works. You get an industry visit once a year which mhelo you in learning about how industry works and what is your role if you work in that particular industry. If we talk about my course and particularly about my batch then there is 4:1 faculty student ratio. The bonding between student and faculty is too good. Faculties are easily accessible. You can share anything to your faculty, they help you every situation. Dr. Sanket Joshi, he is a good teacher, mentor and friend. You can talk about anything with them whether it is your academics, relationship, career and about anything which makes you feel uncomfortable and upset. There are two exams one is mod term and second one is end term. If you are studying from starting from you semester then the exams are too easy for you.

We are not allowed to go outside in night without an night outpass. And inside the campus the gates are locked by 9:30PM in night and open at 6 AM in morning, so there in not so good night life in amity. There are some outlets which serve good food and you can spend a lot of time by sitting there. There is only hangout place in amity is amity lake, but you will get bored of it after some visits. The hostel and campus timings and morning 6 AM to 9:30 PM in night.
