Remarks

College management is good,it's an government aided college,hence there will be a bit of politics in management quota seats.

I took CET for Karnataka State.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's the best non IT course even today,PES College of Engineering has a very good name for Mechanical engineering branch.

Intenship was good.

Placement Experience

About 50% of the total students got placed in the campus. We had about 40 companies who conducted campus interviews. Like Infosys,wipro,TCS,adventure,l&t,Keane etc. Most of them offered between 3 lakhs to 8 lakhs.

College Events

Yearly college fest will be organised every year. It's called PESCO and it will be organised for 3 days.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel and mess food are excellent and rates are quite reasonable. I rate 8/10.

the curriculum is practical up to date and the assignments are project based that encourages better understanding. the assignments are also real world based that require ,the students, to undestand the subjects better. there are 3 internal test with lab tests include that test the student's knowledge in the subject

the eligibily might be from 3rd year. There are several companies such as capegemini hitachi patym dmart. 700 offers are offered. Highest is 25 lakh and average is around like 5 lakh. After the completion of my degree i would like to persue higher studies like MS.

Placement stats are pretty good, offers above 50LPA have also been granted to students, but they are not as common. With a good cgpa, 5+ LPA can be ensured. Students from 6th sem become eligible for placements, companies such as TI, Apple, Daimler Trucks etc have come for placements
