Infrastructure, fees structure, college life...
Faculty, mentorship by some teachers not all of them
Classes were big 150 students in each class...

Dislikes

Placement offers nd opportunities.......
Lots of events, no proper exposure to industry
Exam fees sometimes get stuck nd you don't the refund for lost payment

Course Curriculum Overview

Bcom is one the most irrelevant course of all time everyone here is doing bcom you don't get the job opportunities after going for bcom...you have to struggle alot in current phase..the difficulty was more or less easier

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid different amount of fees in different years for first year it was 17000...second year it was 15400 third year it was 14700 my batch size was of 600 students in each class divided in different sections

Campus Life

My overall experience was good college life was too good besides study placement... college life was very enjoyable if you want to just live the college life and gain some knowledge you can go for it..

Admission

If I say my college was best in my locality according to my teachers neighbours etc etc.... in school we only heard about kbs college it was in my head that kbs college is the college so due to that I opted for this

Faculty

I opted for bcom which is one of the easiest bachelor's degree I don't study so much because the exams were easy to clear nd difficulty level was below 10th board faculty to students ratio was very low for each 100 students there 1 professor

Night Life

My don't have any gym or cafeteria so I cannot say anything about that... cafeteria was build but was removed after few months....idk why I think students were more interested in going cafeteria rather than classes

Our college have placement facilities for bright students. From 6th semester students starting preparations for placement interviews. Local companies and banks are recruiting our college students. Students who got distinction marks are eligible for placements.

GNLU Gandhinagar is a gifted college!

Placement Experience:

It's the law firms more than the corporate houses as 2025 placements session was a record breaker for all. Average placements rose to 1200000 and highest placements was of 26 lakhs this year as some students got itno much decorated law firm Khaitan.

Placement Experience:

Our campus placements start from 4th year and like by the end of 5th year, most students are placed. Many corporate firms and with Gift City setting up most jobs were offered in the GIFT CITY. Even almost all the top law firms also have their branches in Ahmedabad and so that is where placements are done.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of the major reasons why I chose this course was that this was very unique , bsc in data science along with LLB is very new in the market, although it has it's own drawbacks, in the real world, there is not much demand for technocrat lawyers right now but with time this will increase. The major improvement would be the inclusion of other fields of law like IP, arbitration etc. There are three components for exams, one is mid sems which is held in the starting two months of the semester and after two months is the end sems. The semester are pretty short which is why we get time for internships and which provides us very nice exposure for real-world.

After 4th year, students are eligible to sit for placements. Some students also receive a pre-placement offer in the 4th year itself. The students are first prepared for day zero, i.e., placement day, beforehand by conducting a mock interview, which is a voluntary session conducted by the placement committee. CV Vetting workshops are also conducted in the eighth semester because at the end of the 8th semester, the placements are made where tier-1 companies like Khaitan, AZB Partners, CAM, SAM, Trilegal, etc. In-house firms like Adani, ICICI Bank, Tata, and more come for recruiting students. Some students sit for placement; others who want to prepare for government exams like judiciary, UPSC, Public Prosecutor, etc. refrain from sitting in placements.

Placement Experience:

In a law firm, there are no placements you have to get knowledge and then you can go to practice under any lawyer whichever you want and then you can do an internship in under of that lawyer. And you can stay in your own firm also. My plans for after passed out to practice under a very prestigious lawyer and get experience.

Remarks:

The college offers courses in Law fraternity in both English as well as regional language. Therefore students from regional language base can also easily understand the lectures delivered. The faculties being supportive can mentor in various feilds.

Navigating college life

Eligibility are :- Opted with sci ir comm in 12. 12th passed. Min score as of cutoff in boards. Application can be found on VNSGU's official website, you can apply there. Exam timigs and study breaks are sufficient for a student to prepare well. Reservations are given in our college / university which is the worst thing i hate about our university, as it allows students with low marks to stand before and on top of them which are actually deserving and talented.
