Good college a solid 8/10 compared to other colleges nearby

There was not really a specific reason for me to join this course except I just wanted to get a degree in software engineering, the reason I chose this college is just because of circumstances and there was no college better than this in the city when it comes to My course. The curriculum is good enough, it gives you a basic understanding of what you are going to be dealing with. It can be better than this by just sticking to teaching things which are really necessary but it's well enough. The teaching methods have a room to improve because it can get too boring at times and in these situations your mind can't really grasp everything like if u just keep on teaching students without any other element to it, they are bound to get bored and there are many instances when students failed to understand what is being taught to them, the fault may lie in the students too but still the relationship between teachers and students can be improved in a way that students don't feel bounded and take interest in what they are being taught.

There are many different opportunities available starting from your second year. The college puts efforts to provide students with internship offers and workshops to increase their practical experience. There are many different projects too. And their are also educational field visits

Several companies visit for the placements of each course, you will surely get a good placement if you have enough skills to make up for it. There is campus recruitment in the end of your third year too. Companies such as TCS, HP, Microsoft and many other make visits and provides different offers. A good percentage of students get placed especially if they are skilled enough many choose not to take placement too but why do receive offers.

The fees per year for the college if 165000 for B. Tech (CSE) Students a little more amount if you are choosing a specialisation, the fee for other courses vary. At the time of admission in B. Tech (CSE) the fees per annum is as mentioned below Tuition fees - 1,56,500, Other Fees- 62,500 One time admission and alumni fee - 10,000 For other fee details you can check in their college information on this website. There are several scholarships available too for different courses and students based on different merits and causes such as percentage in 12th boards. You can avail the scholarship easily but for the scholarship to continue each year you need atleast 75% attendance and 8.0 CGPA im the whole year

The campus and social life is average like it mainly depends on your perspective and nature, i don't like to hang out in college that much. But yes there are always many different events going on in college including internship campaigns, drives , workshop, competitions, club events, etc. Many influential personalities visit too. There is a fest almost every month and at times many big artists, celebrities, singers visit and perform too. The campus is big enough to roam, play,etc. There are different places to eat, so you won't get bored while in college for sure.

I didn't really apply to many other colleges, i chose this just because it was one of the best in the city for this course, the campus and services provided were sufficient for the things i wanted to learn

The faculty to students ratio is well maintained, most of the faculty i n my personal opinion is nice and helping, especially the teaching faculty but can't say the same for the management faculty they can be rude at times and you may have to roam too much for a small task related to the management. There are 3 exams in a single semester 2 of them don't carry much weightage but the marks add up to your total in exams. The course curriculum is relevant enough it's just that sometimes the students may find it hard to understand what the faculty is teaching especially in complex courses. There are not too many nore too less assignments and its flexible enough.

There's not much to do at night to be honest Hostellers just go around sometimes the college is in the outskirts so not many places to go anyway. And the gates strictly close by 8:00 pm, hostellers are not allowed to go out after that
