"The Truth About [Arya College(old campus)]: What You Need to Know Before Applying.

Our college mainly focuses on cse branch and it as they carry it very well, they give you to learn new things ,new courses . Our curriculum allows us to build our logical thinking and make our commands best in coding and all. There are various labs , where we were taught every concept of coding, The aresa of improvement where my college should focus is on practical knowledge and practical training than theoretical, which I really think need an improvement. Students can gain practical knowledge on their own , but I want college to teach us in more practical way. The timing and frequency of exans are well good for odd sem , as we are given 3 to 4 months of preparation, but for even semester we did not provided much time, i think they will barely give you 3 months to study and then they will take your main sem exams. The difficulty level of paper is of moderate level, 7 marks is passing out of 70 and rest marks are given by our college as internal marks

The internship oppurtinitues are not offered from college , students have to find internship by themselves and their is Mandotry to every student in 3rd year to do at least one internship, if they did not do any internship, college department don,t permit their exam admit card, they force you do it, either you get it or you have to do it by giving money to company. If a student get internship at particular stipend, then there is lot of drama to take permission from college to do that internship offline. There are many seniors of my college who.are currently doing internship of stipend 23000 to 40000. As internship oppurtinitues are find by students themselves, so its their choice in which companies they want to do internship, but college do not offer you any internship neither any company visit here for internships oppurtinitues.

The placement of my college is average to high level. Many companies visit to our college on daily basis, companies like wipro, Infosys , Tcs, Capegimini, Collabera, Zycus, Juspay, Tech Mahindra and many. Something sales company more often visit tonour college than product based company. They offers various packages feom high to low like 5 to 8 lpa or above 10 but not more than 15. Earlier in 2017, many product based companies visit to our college who offers packages above 15 and more students get placed at that time. But after corona period ,the placement graph get little decline, and the ratio of placement of students has become like 70 out of 200 students or even less. So from here you can guess the percentage of students getting placements. Now a days , not even a single students is relying on college placement, they all trying to get off campus placement which is little tough but packages offered here are quite good. The current off campus placement news of our college is , there is 4th year senior girl who recently ger placement packages of 45 lpa, i am not recognizing the company name, and their are many other students who got off campus placement at even 1 cr and above but now they are the alumini of our college. Now lets talk about the college placement, as i have discussed of many companies that visit our college, and the eligibility criteria to sit for college placement is 8.5 or 9 plus Cgpa and 75 or 80 %above in 10 and 12th. The packages they offer is can either from 2 to 5 lpa or 6 to 11 lpa but not more than that. There are very less companies who offer packages above 11 lpa . This the current placement scenario of our college, the main thing bahind the decline in college placement is beacuse or college is not focusing ob building skills which are needed for placement they just tell you do a course for which you have to pay to college. And the worst thing is ,they did not even teach that course very well. So pls don,t rely on college .

Actually, I am b.tech 2nd year student of arya college of engineering and it. I take admission here in 2023 and that time the fees was 95000, and i was paying this amount currently to my college, but the main thing is that ,they increase fees this year by 5000 and the new students have to pay this much, This increased amount not valid for previous student. Cautions fees is 7000, registration fees is1000 or something, I am not clear about it, Admission fees is like of 28000 or something , they minus this amount from your semester fees, while taking tution fees for 1st sem. There is no any other fees but you know every college takes extra amount of money in the name of anything like for party, sports or for some course When you goo in 2nd year , they ask you to pay 28 thousand which is a certification fees of a course and they take extra 5000 per morh till the course will goo. This is not included in your tuition fees, and you cannot deny to them, they will force you to opt this course Just remeber your extra 1.5 to 2 lakhs were going to invest except of tution fees. There is no any scholarship oppurtinitues or benefits here, and no any fee reliefment on caste basis Fees are samw for everyone.

As currently I am a 2nd year student, so I think I can better explain you about my overall experience of my college. I explore and experienced a lot, by 2nd year.The infrastructure is good, there were seperate blocks of different branch, and there is separate building for it and Ece student, which side the crowd in one building. There are many cultural programs that are performed in our college like freshers party, victory, annual function, Dj night ,shradhanjli and many more, basically theses events are conducted in firsr year. When we are in first year we enjoy all these events, but when we go in 2nd year we have to conduct these fests, we can enjoy it but not fully. There were many sports related events which are conducted during the first year , many students get change to join various sports club like cricket, badminton, basketball, volleyball, football, kabbadi etc. There is big common library in our college where you can anytime for study, our library is underground snd there are many books related to academic course and out of it too like other courses related books and novels and various magazines. Sometimes the books are unavailable in library and those which are there are of old version. Student can take that books to their home through library card for 20 days and also through book bank for every semester which costs 6000 for all 4 year. Our classroom are big , 60to 70 students can easily sit, there is white board and projector in every classroom. In terms of extracurricular activities, they conduct various competitions like sports , music , debate and many more for personality development. There are many clubs in our college which are run by our 4th year senior , students can join any club of their interests .There are 32 clubs in our college so you have various options . Gdg and E cell are the two social groups which are run by our college sponsored by iit bombay, and these two are very active in our college and popular too.

The hostel facilities are too good in our college, but yaa the fees of hostel are also good means high fees like same as of your academics.It is littlt bit costly as 99000 fees is of 2 seater and 89000of three seater. The registration process is quite easy , you have contact admission cell for registration in hostel. There are plenty of facilities that are proviin girls hostel in comparison to boys hostel like washing machine, guizer for bathing, cooler for cold water and guizer for hot water, duct, seperate kitchen where you can cook any veg food you want, refrigerator etc. These facilities lack in boys hostel as they misuse them and damage it frequently, but yaa guizer facilities are in boys hostel too. The mess food is of average, sometimes it is good but sometimes it is worst, basically on sunday every student has to do their lunch in common mess,where everyone boys and girls combine and take their meal but generally on the other days girls take their mean in their own mess which is in their hostel. The hostel rooms for both boys and girls are too good, separate single box beds are there, with seperate almirahs and study table .

I am from pcm, so a jee aspirant, i gave the exam.of jee mains but not qualified for advanced. I applied to various colleges and give various entrance exam like cuet and all. I cleared merit of some college in bihar , delhi and Rajasthan, and also get rejection from various college i which every student want to take admission like NIT patna, IGDTU , Mahatma gandhi central university etc and many more.I get Jharkhand National University in bihar but i not go for colleges in bihar as bihar sessions for various degrees are late and from my childhood I was in bihar so i just want to explore something new by going to other states for my study. My father get ready for it but he did allow me to get admission in south delhi college , beacuse as a father of girl , he was very scared of the surrounding and nature of south delhi students, even i also think that, south delhi environment is not good ,you can easily get distracted and can go to wrong path. So therefore he decided to send me to jaipur beacuse jaipur environment is good. I got various college here skit ,jecrc amd poornima but i did not get my favorite branch here, therefore i go for arya college [old campus] Our college is better than some college like poornima and skit as in theses college there were uniforms, strict rules and regulations for academic, they not much focus on students social life and college fests and cultural programs which are equally important for students personality development. The admission process is very easy you can get here admission by merit list as well as by management quota. You can get very admission details on our college websites. The exams accepted to get admission is jee mains or Reap or specific college entrance exam. The eligibility criteria to get admission is more than 75 %in 12th board and scored decent percentile in jee or reap. I am not aware of the cutoff of these exams , you can check it on their college website.

The relationship between faculty and the students is good till you respect them and do things according to them and listens to them. But if i talk in other way, they are supportive, they will help you in every condition either related to your course or some fees pblm. You can easily approach to them, the classes and faculty and Hods cabin are very close too, you can easily contact them at any time. There is dsa teacher name, Harveer Sir, although as a human he is good , but he did not teaches dsa very well, he just want to complete the syllabus. And when you not listen to him ,he willgive you ultimantum to destroy your career and all. There are other teachers too who are not expertise in their subjects but still choose to teach that subject.al Actually our college is under rtu, so semester exans are conducted by rtuin every 4 to 5 months, which centres are given in other college, exams are of average to hard level, you have to put little more effort to clear it. You get shocked by listening that ,the passing marks is only 7 marks but still students are not able to get it, just beacuse of hard paper or hard checking by examiners. So don,t think that these 7 mark you can score easily, students still get back after filling 40 sheets of exam paper. Its all beacuse of tough paper checking which completely depends on the teacher moods. There are also midterms exam which are conducted twice in every semester and thrice in only 1st sem which is of 20 marks, you have to score good in it also, as internal marks are given on the basis of your mid term performance.

The night life of my college is normal like other colleges, at night every sports club get active from 6 pm to 8 or 9 pm, various sports activities are carried out in ground. There is gym in every girls and boys hostel. And there is separate gym for first year boys student to avoid ragging activities. The gym was open 24 hour for boys , but for girls it was from morning 5 to night 8 in their respective hostel. There are various equipment in boys gym, but in girls gym, there is no equipment at all, and the few that exist are not in working condition, it was only called gym, but there was nothing like gym at all. Cafeteria are opened till 10 pm and libraries are 24/7open for boys they can study at night also in libraries, but for girls libraries get closed at 9 pm. And if i talk about our hostel, it is completely insane, boys are allowed 24 hour to stay in or out the hostel or campus but girls have to come till 7 pm in campus and do allowed to go outside hostel after 9 pm .
