Okay ish college

The reason for choosing this course was tk be pro at coding as i myself am a coding and digital nerd The curriculum is quite fascinating as they organize several hackathon and gives opportunity to build our portfolio The teaching method for web tech and mathematics needed to be changed cause it's very boring to take those lectures where some one just goes as fast as they cld to finish the course irrespective of what the students understood

The roles offered after internship are web developer mostly u don't have any clear idea about the stiphended cuz they haven't declared it yet About the projects we have to make major and minor projects from sem 2 for bca for our portfolio

The year wise fees is quite high 145000 Yet they charge extra for books and library 5000 for which they just give books for each sem and then they ask to return the books given on prev sem Rest the college is nice just bca department is unnecessarily strict

there are various annual and texhnicals events throughout the year for the students as it starts fro freshers party at the begining then as per the departments of the college twhich are divided into 3 bba bca and bajmc thus al of them gets indulged in different kinds of events fro example bca conducts hackathons and stuff meanawhile the bba and bjmc students conducts bollywood day and fashio events such as diwaloween there are various clubs and societies as well such as swara the music society fittoor the dance society folk re the folk music and dance society panache the fashion and modeling related socety and apperture the photography society and pratibimbh the draa socety every society conducts different events througought the year the one major events which is avtaran is conducted by management department of the college for which evry student participating can set up stalls and along with that different cultural soceity participates to make it look even beautiful apart from theat zest and anugunj are the major huge fests of the college

I didn't get to score well in cuet therefore didn't get chance to be admit in du but I have also applied for cet and my rank came 900 therefore considering the best 3 Colleges of ip university i got chance in this one that's why took admission in Jim's vasant kunj The admission process is nice but it takes different charges at different period of times first they charge for registration then sathey charge for cet examination them they charge 95000 directly for admission token to freeze your seat which is quite very high cause arranging 95000 at once is not easy for evryone

There are 2 faculty for each practical subject There are 2 faculty for c programming one for theory one for practical Same goes for fcit one for theory one for practical The faculty I liked are Arti mam and Ritika mam from bba department they are the best most helpful and soft spoken teachers all of them are very knowledgeable evryone is PhD The faculty I didn't like at all are the maths professor dr Hakimuddin khan he has questions in his wallet character towards girls Women feel u comfortable around him as he states at them and the head of department for bca ms Meenakshi Narula theese two teachers are the worst they will only brag abt their experience and be unnecessarily bossy and don't let bca students to take part in any other activities they pass very stupid and bad comments if anyone pursuing music inside clg There are 4 exams for each sem internal practical and written and external practical and written which is the end sem exam But the course curriculum isn't finished yet the syllabus is still pending while it's out end sem exam from 19th December

There is no such things such as night life in Jim's college there is no gym no public area yet it has one cafeteria which is not so good college is very small it doesn't have any campuses just 2 building inside the campus there is one such hangout spot Nescafe shop which serves coffe and cakes the locality is not that safe for female but yeah 5 mins walk from there comes vasant vihar which is a good area
