Remarks
Overall I can rate this college a 8 out of 10. One point less for the internship structure as it is only guides the ranker's and 1 point less for the canteen facilities as I once saw very unhygenic condition of the guys who cook the food.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course offered by the college covers almost every course available on the education board, I chose BMS and there was proper guidance provided to me if that course is appropriate for me and can provide useful for me in my future.
Placement Experience
Yes this college does provide internship but only to the rankers in the class the interview is just for the sake, only the rankers are selected in the process and the stipend provided is also very less as compsred to other colleges
College Events
There are many events celebrated in my college like chocolate day, saree day, tie day, there is also a fest called ignite which is an inter college technical fest and bruhaha fest for creative minds. Recently they also conducted dance fest to showcase talent in college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure here is quite interesting, because for the aided section it is very less as compared to the unaided section, and the most interesting part is it gets less as we go further in our second and third year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, my college do provide scholarship facility,but only to those students which are in SC ST OBC caste since it's a government run college. I somewhere feel there should be scholarship facility to every student and not only to caste students.
Campus Life
Since it's located in South Bombay, and we all know how big a campus can be,but still we have computer lab which was renovatied few years back, we have our college cricket and football team which compete with other well know college around Bombay. And Sydenham is famous for it's extracurricular activities. We have dance arts and acting society in our college campus which give many talented students a stage to perform.
Hostel Facilities
No, I haven't opted for the hostel as the this college provides hostel for boys which is just behind the college campus and for girls it's in charni road.I think there should be girls hostel near to college campus as they will have to travel much less than now how much they travel.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students and the alumni network here is quite strong you can visit the official site of this college for getting some info on all the alumini, the seniors are quite helpfull once we juniors and seniors organised a farewell party of the last year students. The seniors and alumni also helps Junior in setting up various cultural fest in the CLG.
Faculty
The service given by the entire staff is very good , the professors are very professional and helpful in nature, the canteen is worst with no hygiene, faculty for bcom stream is very bad. Overall the faculty is good as conpared to other services
