Course Curriculum Overview
The reason i choose this course .the thing thats absurdly growing nowadays is AI.thats the major reason i choose the course .the curriculum does prepare us with an open learning level with practical lessons .they could improve it more by adding some more main concepts about the generative AI.the exams conducted every month endand are on moderate level.
Internships Opportunities
The companies that offers interships are there but they select from certain criteria. Our college has a criteria to complete atleast 45 days intership as a graduation requirment .the most of the projects are ai model like face detection, voice recognizer .
Placement Experience
From 6th semester the students are eligible for campus placements.many companies like TCS,CTS,WIPRO and the no of offered is around 500 .the highest package offered is 19 lpa for AI department by jp morgan . lowest was 3lpa .85% of students get placed with good packages.my plan is to gain experience and go abroad .
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees iam payinv is around 150000 per anum including the extra charges. The division of these come like 80k for tution fee,45k for bus fee and 25k as seminar fee.the seminar fee is not applicable for the sc/st students. Fee for my batchmates is also same around 150k total.here they provide LMS scholarship for the students who are performing well in academics.
Campus Life
There is no specific annual events .but there are small events . Every month our college conduct atleast two or three technical events. In library there are so many books to refer for exams and gain knowledge about variety of books are available in the library. The faculty are well trained enough to teach us and there are smartboards which they use to teach us .they give importance to sports and especially cricket and football .they do offer some extracuricular activities. The college helps students to start their own clubs with permission with hod.
Admission
The number of colleges i applied are not that many but i still applied for few ones .like i applied for REC,SSN,VIT,CEG.the reason i chose this one affordability amongst all. No i didn't get an rejection from other college .i didnt join them with my own decision. You can join this college by management or govt counselling .the minimum cutoff u should have to expect an seat is 140+ .
Faculty
The number of faculty is more than enough for the students attending the college.it is easy to approach the faculty as they are always helpful .the name of the faculty i liked is murali our tamil sir .i like him because he takes the lecture engaging.the faculty i dont like is sudharshan the reason is that they are too rigid .there are three cat exam .and finally a sem exam.
Night Life
I dont really stay night at college because iam a day scholar .but i have heard about good things my friend said about the night life . The famous hangout places in our college is sai baba temple where we can rest.
