- It has a good track record of placements in the IT and AT sectors . and more than 60% students get placed
- It has well equipped laboratories for practical instructions , including laboratorities for web programing and software development

- There are not enough classrooms for smaller departments and that lab facilities are insufficient
- Students have to walk long distance in the heat to attend lectures
- It is difficult to get placements in kalasalingam university due to high competition

Both single and double occupancies rooms are available and rooms are typically furnished with basic amenities like bed and studytables with chairs . most rooms have attached bathrooms ,wifi is available in all hostels . The quality of food is decent .
Admission
I applied to several other colleges including [vignan , Bitsat , and other JEE colleges]. and i recieved admissions from [vignan , veltech ] . But I ultimately choose kalasalingam university due to its strong reputation for[CSE and IT ] sectors.
Faculty
Kalasalingam university offers over 30 courses at the UG ,PG on doctoral levels . The university has 9 schools including architecture ,agriculture,and horticulture and school of computing. Faculty to student ratio at Kalasalingam is 7.5 students per staff . The university conducts 1 internal exam and 1 end semester exam for 1 credit course
Night Life
While Kalasalingam university provides a rich academic environment .The campus is located in a relatively quite area and most students prefere to spend there evening studies or engaging in extra cirricular activities .The university library is often open late into the night providing a peaceful study space .
