Remarks
college is good in terms of academics, if you are regular you can gain much knowledge. the bad thing about this college is that it always feels that you are still in a school there is no such feeling of enjoying college life. all three years require 75% attendance. there are 5 lectures each day and that too back to back which includes a break of 30 min.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college has exempted the semester system so there are 2 exams in each session- one is Midterm which is held in the first week of December and the final exams which generally held in the month of April-may. The subjects are divided into groups and each group has 2 subjects(except in the case of FC) that have 50-50 weightage of marks.
Placement Experience
Recently there was an internship in this college which is provided in the college itself. it is from miles educations for the role of campus leader which involves counseling of students.it offered a stipend of 8k with a certificate.college has also organized summer internship fair in which many startups came to hire the students for internship. I don't know about the rate of placements. Recruiters- TCS, Amazon, Infosys, etc
College Events
There are lots of events organized in this college. Freshers party which involves usually a theme party. every year there is a traditional day celebrated in this college which involves traditional themes along with the prize for the one who has the best traditional attire. sports day that is called Dangal which is of 2 days. many events like humanitarian day, green day, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
tuition fees of my course i.e. BCom Hons are high approx 48k per annum it is paid in 2 installments. I don't know about other expenses as I am not using means of transport provided by college as well as hostel facility. BBA course has also a higher tuition fee but the other courses have intermediate fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
there is no scholarship option in this college. Students who have scored more than 85% in 12th in my batch are studying for free in govt. colleges but this is a private college hence does not provide any type of scholarships
Campus Life
I don't know about others I am not having a good college life because this college has many restrictions. although there are treks and trips organized by the college which are adventures involves many activities. they have a huge library which has a wide collection of English literature and fictions
Alumni/Alumna
I don't even know who are my seniors there is no such interaction between juniors and seniors. those who are in NSS or in any other clubs can get to know their seniors.
Admission
Admission is done through the 12th score, shortlisted students called for a personal interview. There are 2 rounds of interview one with the HODs and another with the Father. I don't know much about PG admissions, I think there is the same process for PG students as well.
Faculty
the faculty of this college is experienced and well qualified. almost every teacher has a deep knowledge of their subjects. Their way of teaching is good and up to the mark. the only con of this college is that this college has discipline just like school if you want to enjoy college life then it's not the right place where one should come.
