Great senior interaction. great atmosphere friendly Teachers and professors. college life is great.
One of the best north India cultural fest i.e MokshaInnovasion. Apart from that in sep-oct we also have a mini fest so college life is going to be great fun.
Lush green campus. You can see peacock every now and then

Weak TnP interactions. No proper communication.

Course Curriculum Overview

Integration of Ai and Ml makes this A great course. It prepares for the theory part but you have to do the real world part on your own. More real world problems can be added. The frequency is not to much the work load is not as such hectic.

Internships Opportunities

Internwship opportunities would be minimum but people whoare working hard will get it some how the Brand name of NSUT will work on off campus placements for sure. so if you work hard you will be good to go.

Placement Experience

As I am a 2024 graduate so the IT market was down we all know about the recession. The support provided by college was very average. you cannot depend on them. You have to go for offcampus Placements and prepare for them.

Fees and Financial Aid

As I took admission in Nsut in 2020 the fees structure back then was like:- 1st year- 1,90,000 2nd year- 2,00,000 3rd year- 2,15,000 4th year- 2,30,000 All this fees structure was for general category students and students with no weak financial background. For students belonging to economically weaker section there were lots of facilities for them. the fee can go upto a 70% cut. So that makes it very affordable

Campus Life

One thing is for sure you will have a great campus life at Nsut. Cultural Fest will be amazing you will have a great days here. Great sports facilities and location of college is also great so you will have fun outside as well.

Admission

Actually After my 11th standard i was very sure that i will not be able to get into a IIT. So i started preparing for Jee mains only and my dream college was Nsut and Dtu only. I got the admission in nsut in 2nd councelling only so i was very happy with my admission.

Faculty

Faculty are good ratio is also good. Shantanu Sir of mathematics for machine learning. Sujata the dean of college very admant. exams are mid term and end term and they are of moderate level. A full nighter before a exam would work.

Night Life

Nightlife would be good outside college you can roam around. chai stall will be your goto place and if you have a good budget then vegas mall would be a great option for you to hangout with your friends .

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Placement Experience:

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

The placement status of the college is nice but specially the older status was amazing and the seniors told me that this year was the recession time so the placement was not so good but it will be good with time

Placement Experience:

The eligible students get placements, from 4tg year first semester onwards placements will start, companies like Accenture, tcs, infotech, wipro will attend. I think atleast 7GPA is min required for college placements

Life of a college student

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum.My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated.For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem.There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Delhi Technological University: A place for overall development

Placement Experience:

College placements are amazing. Right now the recession is there otherwise the average package of Computer Software and IT branch is as high as 21LPA and overall average package of the college goes as high as 14LPA

So placement cell is not present in college because of low intake of students but the students are very skilled to crack Gsoc , and other internship opportunities which lands them into big company.Also very good alumni network is present in college which boosts the placement of college.

Placement Experience:

placement in igdtu is as good as dtu and nsut , many companies visit our campus every year like google, amazon, microsoft, adobe, vipro, uber, ola, atlassian etc. the highest package in 2023 was of 51 LPA by microsoft and average package is around 20 LPA

DTU PROS AND CONS

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki,etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.

I did applied for other Jac Delhi colleges like DTU, NSUT(Main campus), IIIT Delhi, but I was not getting branch of my interest in those colleges, thats why I picked up NSUT West Geoinformatics. I could have also went for CSE in any of these colleges but my JEE mains rank wasn't enough for that. College Life in My College (NSUT)

I given both Cuet and jee exam in Cuet I get hansraj college later get confirmed with Zkir hussian college in which I doing BSC in PCM in jee exam I don't get not so good rank so I don't know I get college in councelling but in spot round I get NSUT b.tech in geo informatics so quit degree from cuet and join the NSUT due to prestigious college which provides highly learning experience and job placement. No don't apply any other colleges other than this two colleges. Admission process of getting this college is through JEE Exam, cutoff is 91% for general and 75% for OBC and rest. Eligibility is that 60% marks in 10th+2 in PCM. After councelling seat acceptance fees is given that is 90,000 rest fee after confirmation of admission pay the balance fee to University....Read More

Everything you need to know about NSUT WEST CAMPUS!

I have applied for a lot of colleges incl. IPU, DTU, NIT, IIIT, etc. I simply didn't get the admission in all of them but out of the ones I got admission is NSUT was the best choice. I faced rejection from DTU,NIT,IIIT because I didn't got a top level rank in my JEE MAINS exam. As of the admission process, it was pretty smooth. Nsut and insides

•In jac 3rd round I got igdtuw which is also a tier 1 college but not better than nsut so when I got nsut ice in jac 5th round I was really happy as it is a Delhi's tier 1 college and it's alumini is also very good like aman dhattarwal and more •for admission one has to give jee main exam and then apply for jac counselling and there is a fees for giving jee mains exams around 800-1000 as well for jac counselling around 1000-1200 and you can check the cutoff for jee main exam as per your reservation and categories...Read More

Reality of Nsut west campus

Counseling is done by jac and the process is carried out very smoothly. The student should be careful while reading the notification released by the jac.The student having reservation benefits must have their certificates ready otherwise they might lose their seat to someone having less marks. Jee mains is conducted 2 times in a year January and April. Addmission in Nsut is done on the marks obtained in jee mains ....Read More

The admission process takes place on the basis of your Jee main score/rank. Eligibility of course is that the student is an individual of India and successfully attempted Jee main entrance exam.
