The chrysalis period of my life

The best place I can ever choose for. I never find anything negative about my college because college gave our own space and choices which helped us to grow as independent women. College have long list of very famous personalities as the alumni.

The course curriculum was great because when I came out of the college I realized I knew several concepts, ideas that students of other colleges are not aware off. The curriculum also suggested to opt for one paper that will not comes under main course which helped me to expand my knowledge in environmental issues.

There are placements for the students. The department provided a chance to volunteer at Anastasia an NGO foundation, who worked for the betterment of poor children. This gave a lot of exposure and helped to avoid my stage fear. I was also a part of Teresian NSS.

That will be a long list Teresian week (this is the competitions conducted between the batches which includes stage programs to off stage programs) Onam celebration (Kerala festival) Christmas celebration Panache (department fest) College day Arts day Sports day Ethnic day

It is quit expensive but meritorial students will get concession. Also students from minority communities will also receive concession and scholarship. Also fee structure depends upon the course chosen.

There are lot of scholarships for the meritorious students from each class. It may consist of 10,000rs above. Also college provides economic help for economically backward students. They also reduce hostel fees for those students.

There are lot of extra curricular activities. College gym is there for physical fitness which is free for college students. Library is great and resourceful as well as spacious. Lab facilities for science students are also great.

No I was a day scholar. According to the classmates who were hostlers tells that hostel is neat and clean. Also hostel gives recreational facilities as well as calmful and peaceful atmosphere for studying .

There is Alumni website which will help the batchmates to keep in touch also they can use it as a social media to keep in touch. ASTA Is the name of alumni association. There are lot of famous personality in this alumni which inspires Teresians to grow and to think out of the box.

I applied to MGU admission process and the recqruited college came on the basis of mark. It is a very famous college and it was my mother's great wish to teach me at Teresa's. The admission process was not complicated, because I had 86% mark so I got the first preference in the admission procedure.

The pillars of our college is our faculty itself. Our college is a girls only college and our teachers are the perfect example who showed us women can live independently from tying the college banner to travelling alone. The faculties are resourceful and approachable for both academic and personal need they are reliable.
