Great college with some upsets

The course curriculum is designed in a very industry friendly manner , the technologies that are going to be taught to us in the 4 years are going to be those that are used frequently in the industry , in the first year itself we are taught two languages namely python and java, in the second year we are taught c++ and dsa in that , other than that we are given deep knowledge of core subjects such as databases and operating systems , The exams are bi semester happening namely the mid sems and the end sems and the diffulty levels is good and relevant to the content taught to us

the students are elligible for placements in the 5th semester itself, the college brings in companies that offer both internships and PPOs , the placement scenarios here at bennett is pretty good , There companies like JP Morgan , Morgan and chase and Goldman Sachs that visit the campus there are also mass recruiters such as TCS , INFOSYS and Cognizant that visit here, the placement percentage stays well over 80% ,last year there were approx 480 companies that visited and there were nearly 1200 offers made in the drive , the highest package stands at 2 cr and the average package as of last year was 11lakhs, Personally I plan on getting a placement in some top MNC!!

The yearly fees for Btech cse at Bennett university is 3.8 lakhs for the first year, 3.9 lakhs for the second year and 4 lakhs for the third and the fourth year , There are scholarships offered on the basis of jee percentile and the board score of a student . there are no fees reductions based on categories but there is fees remission for army children and single girl childs, there is a security fees of 20000 and an yearly examination fees taken from every student

The club culture at bennett university is very good and here codechef , geek for geeks and Google developers groups have direct chapters in the campus other that there are 24 tech clubs in the colleges that organise events in their respective fields all around year , The annual fest is called EUPHORIA and it is an experience of its own , the colleges never feels so lit up ,the main techfest is called the ZENEVIA and its very informative and it is something nobody would want to miss , The libraries here is very well equipped, there is no book relevant to the fields that the college teaches that you cant find in them , the colleges has labs for every specialities like the nvidia lab equipped with the super computer for AI and ML and the apple powered lab for game development . the sports are taken very seriously in the colleges, the sports complex is the best in class , we have sports like squash and pickleball, you can make an assumption of the range of sports played here.

the room is pretty basic , it is in a three room setting, you get a bed table chair and an almirah , The food quality is fine , the menu is diverse and the taste is alright the mess operates four times a day . the resigration process is pretty easy and you will be directed in the college itself and the hostel affordability is alright based on the facilities .

The main reason i picked Bennett over other colleges over other colleges i applied , Is the curriculum and the connections the Times of India group has with the industries and the exposure it offers to its students , the fees was also one of the factors in me picking this colleges, I also knew people that got placed from here their recommendation was also very major.

the faculty at college is very well qualified , most of our proffessors are from IITs and NITs and some even from ivy league colleges , the faculty takes great interest in teaching their subjects and catering to students' doubts , the faculty can be reached easily at their cabins at all times and we are given their personal email ids to hit them up when required

the night life in college is pretty good, Basically the college doesn't sleep , everything stays open overnight , there are no hostel intimes and campus intime is 10pm ,The college is built on the outskirts so there is not much to roam around near, there are malls at about 7-8 kms away other than that there isn't much
