Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus and study materail used in the course curriculum was not much relevant to the industry work except some useful things. But now the study course has been converted into PCI curriculum which is quite useful.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure for bachelor's degree in pharmacy here was 60k per year for general quota. For OBC there was fees concession offered of around 30k. So you have to pay only half fees. For SC and ST students this amount was very low to about 10k only.
Campus Life
The college infrastructure was very well built and maintained. There was a security cabin at the entrance. During the course curriculum the college had organized an industrial visit to Kulu Manali which i enjoyed very much.
Admission
I got alloted to this college through the CAP rounds based on merit. This college offered the bachleros program in less fees than the other colleges. Also it is a quite famous college because of its good results.
Faculty
The bachelor's degree consist of 4 years. Each year has two semesters. There may be one or two unit tests in each semester. During our course tenure the final exam the marks distribution was 70 marks theory and 30 marks practical exam.
Interview Experience
Yes during the admission process the principal of the college at that time asked students about their goal to enter into these particular education feild. Also there were nany group discussions and debates were organised.
Night Life
The cafeteria of the pharmacy college is quite crowdy place because most of the students used to bunk their classes and sit here. After one year the cafeteria got painted with beautiful drawings on the wall.
