VIT- Opportunities, Challanges and growth

The curriculum is diverse, ther are a lot of specialisations, the examspatterns are diverse, like open books exams , quizzes etc every thing is there, we have lab exams, guest lectures from people in the industry and a lot more

the college has a dedicated CDC ( career cell) which provides opportunies and job and internships all big companies visit the campus and provide internships and also can give you PPO if you perform good there isa compulsary internship included in the syllabus

The placements are available from 7th sem Many companies like google and microsoft etc visit the campus the highest package is 1cr and the average is 10lpa majority studetns get placed and other go for higher studies i will also go for highr studies

The college provides fees in 5 categories. The categories are decided based on your rank and marks in the VITEEE entrance exam. As the rank increases the category increases and also the fees increases. This applies only to acads , hostel fees and others are similar. There are some scholarships available for the people in need but in general the college does not provide a lot of financial aid or gneral schoalrsips

the campus has 2 fests, one techfest and other the cultural fest, the tech fest is great it has lot of competitions and hackathons and the culutral festival is also great with events and concerts etc the library is full of books and journals you can find books for all needs. there are god facilites and labs in the campus. all equiments are available the campus has a lot of sports provisions, all types of sprts can be played, and the college encourages so the college has lot of student run clubs and student portals , they hold lot of events and encourage studetns to learn skills

there are two type of rooms AC and non AC,with multiple occupancy options 1 seater , 2 seaater, 3 seater, 4 seater, 5 seater and 6 seater the meal quality and taste depends on the caterer you choose , menu is monotonous but provides good meals, 4 times a day the hostel allotmenet is done based of cgpa every year living as day boarder is not allowed unless you reside 20km from the campus

I got confirmed admission from colleges in the COMEDK list and colleges like thapar manipal etc but i chose to come here because my brother studies here and also the international relationsof this collges are best I did not get any good colleges in JEE and that is the major reason of people choosing this colllege to get admission to vit , you need to give viteee and then you get your rank which decides the fees you have to pay and your course

The faculty is great, but there are some expections. There are 70 students in one class, the intake of this college is a lot but the college also provides a lot of teachers to the ratio is great. Faculities that i got are generally great but i have heard from my friends that some faculties are not good. The exams are easy if you study, there are a lot of exams like every alternate month we have exam

the cllege has a hostel intime of 9pm , you can not roam around in the campus but you can use the library till 12,30 am with the permission, campus intime is 7pm the messes inside the hostel convert to night canteens and serve food till 12,30 am
