LIFE AT LUCKNOW UNIVERSITY

The course we are doing is average but the main thing I chooses the college and course because the university itself is prestigious and the course management is booming. The curriculum don't have much practical knowledge but you can gain it by attending programmes done by IMS department and Also I will suggest to do a internship or a skilll building course Teaching method is not that much good no digital teaching no digi class In our course the worst thing they taught is letter writing why do I need this if I have AI these days There should be implantation of AI subject The exams frequency is good and difficulty is not that much it is moderate

The placement of LU from management is not that much good you will get package of from 2.5 lakhs to 3 lakhs per annum The percentage of campus placement is around 60% which means that 40% of people remain unemployed and my plans after getting the degree is to do a post graduation from a reputed IIM The maximum placement they provide is around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum and also one of the student I know that pass out from BBA he was all rounder but still he didn't get a job Students after sixth semester are eligible for getting a campus placement

For semester 1 It cost around 40130 rs Admission fee : 300 Caution money : 5000 Development fee : 15000 Tution fees : 15000 Exam fees : 4000 Cultural activities fees : 100 Delegacy fees : 30 Enrolment fees : 500 Games fees : 100 I'd card fees : 50 Library and E library fees : 300 Municipal fees : 100 Student welfare fund : 100 Rovers fund : 50 This is the total break down for semester 1 After the first semester the fees for other semesters will be 35080 For the first year you will pay around 70k and the caution money mentioned above is refunded For the first year you will pay around For everyone the fees is the same however you can apply for scholarship provided by UP government Up scholarship programme For reserved category and EWS you can get a good scholarship amount ranging from 20k-40k somearound

The overall experience with my campus life is so good the thing I love is the greenery of the campus and the social expects also very good you can easily talk to anyone and they are very friendly and good people. The annual event held here is Sanskriti survey which held around in last of November. It is a great event very great event are you interest number of activities and sports you can participate in. The library here provide us a good range of book but not that much but you can go to other libraries also to get a wide range of book which is tagore library Then first texture of our classroom is not that much good even the setting share are not that much good we don't have a digital class because we don't have computers in our class or a Digi board The sports and extracurricular activities are very good there are lot of event holding every week every month and every day the sport activities is very good in the volleyball is the most played game here in my campus you can also play or basketball badminton and there is a lot of players. Extra credit activities like we have very different clubs groups and ATC for example we have a LUCSC club which held all the activities including the annual event of our college and we have also one more club which is abhirang club Eater involves drama and other hosting

The hostel facility provided by the University is a little bit moderate for boys and good for girls For boys we get a room which is for triple sharing and we can easily share the room but they don't have proper furnishing or a proper locker and they provide common washroom for the whole floor and there are different washroom for different floor The best part is that the food the food provided at hostel is very good they provide meals for 3 to 4 time a day which cost around 107 rupees per day The menu is also good and the food is very good The registration process for hostel is that once you get allotment letter for the college then once the hostel allotment is open you can apply for that and the accommodation/affordability is very good. You have to pay around 18000 for the whole year rent and 35000 for the whole year for your message fees The facilities provided at hostel is first of all the mess the second thing is they provide washroom and the third is they provide washing machine to wash the clothes I have rented a room near the college the room is on 60 fita road you can easily get room from ranging 2500 to 5000 rupees depending on the room and outside the campus you can do tiffin facility which also ranges from 3,000 to 3,600 per month

I choose this college because it is a prestigious University and you will also get recognition when you go to other colleges for post graduation. I had applied for Delhi University and Allahabad University but what do I think that in Delhi University there is very less seats for BBA and when we talk about Allahabad University it is not that much good for the course because ittroyed the integrated course which I will not suggest to do BBA and MBA from there Admission procedure of my colleagues is very simple first of all you have to do the registration for entrance exam which will cost about 100 rupees and then you have to pay the entrance exam fees which will cost for 1000 rupees. The entrance exam include subject like verbal ability quantitative ability and logical reasoning. Cuet is not accepted in Lucknow University for BBA

The faculty of our subject are good Mine favourite are Mr Amitabh Roy sir he teaches us the principles of management and he has a very good experience and knowledge in this field and also in other subject The faculty members are approachable and helps us regarding any doubt or something if we have to explore Other one more faculty is Dr Reetika Singh she is a very good professor and teacher. She always encourages us to improve she teaches us Personality Development and Grooming she help me with research papers and etc... One of the faculty I don't like is Mrs Priyanka Srivastava ma'am the problem with her is actually sometimes she herself get confused with the question and solution how to solve it. She teaches us Accounting. She is not much good at that We are having one Mid sem and one semester exam each semesters And mid sem are easy to score but semester exams are hard because you will have to do in 2 hrs For semester exams you will be provided with 4 questions 1 questions × 15 marks 3 questions × 20 marks In exam paper you will have first ground which have 2 questions and have to do one which will be of 15 marks In other group you will have 8 questions and have to do 3 questions each of 20 marks

Nightlife in my campus is not that much good because we don't have much activities to do at night but yeah we have gym which is open from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for girls and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for boys gym is free and everyone can go there and we have also some canteens we have to canteens and it open until around 6:00 p.m. After college we can play sports volleyball basketball badminton running the favourite sport to hang out is the chai tapri outside college... One can visit anytime here in the campus and the timing for the hostel is something like the last time to enter the hostel is 11:00 p.m. for boys and 7:00 p.m. for girls.
