Experience in my college

Decision to this course was purely my interest as I like robots and robotics. Curriculum for us is according to jntu syllabus as our batch is jntu affiliated and courses are not much updated. But externally placement trainings and they will make us industry ready by providing some external trainings and seminars. Various guest lectures will be given in college if we want or interested we can attend them.

Now the companies often coming with intership opportunities only for 2 to 6 months. Opentext, state street, via plus, visa, etc are companies visited with internship opportunities. Some companies come in 3rd year only for internship opportunities. We should be able to catch those opportunities.

There are so many companies visiting our campus and with in half of the year only half the strength has been placed. Highest package till now that is December is 32 lakhs . Average package is 6 lakhs. Companies like Capgemini, Accenture are mass hiring companies. Visa, oracle, synopsis, optum, ust, tech Mahindra, etc are the companies visited our campus

When I was joined tuition fee was 90000 but now it is increased to 135000 may be. Caution fee and some additional fee upto 10 - 15k. You can also get scholarship upto 35k if your parents are not govt employees. Also full refund if you get 10k below rank.

There will be only freshers and a farewell party which is held in our campus. There will be no other events like annual days to enjoy. But special days like republic day, independence day, pre sankranthi celebrations , pre dusheera celebrations, new year celebrations for hostelers, hostel day for hostelers, etc small events will be conducted on our campus and it will be some what fun, And also the technical event called Medhanvesh will be held for 2 days and in it they conduct hackathons some various technical competitions and also they give prizes for winners.

Hostel facility is also will be good. Food is also great to eat. Breakfast in hostel are the best part. Dosa and bonda are my personal favourite. Also snacks, tea, milk and coffee packets with sugar all are provided. Chicken weekly two times. Egg also weekly two times. Rent for hostel yearly 90k to 135k as the hostels contain A/C and non A/C and new buliding will cost more than old hostel buildings.

I did not choose this college whole heartedly as it is women's college but with confidence that I will not get this college with my rank I kept in councilling.But I got this college, firstly I was disappointed but now I am happy to be in this college as we can get more opportunities to enter this corporate world.

Faculty to student all are so friendly and close will mentor us quiet interestingly and innovatively. There will be feedback for every semester and can rate the teaching of the faculty every semester. We can also change faculty in middle of semester if any inconveniences are there. We can also do our own projects and full cooperation from the faculty will be provided. We can also attend hackathons in various events of in any other colleges with permission.

Hangout spots are more in the day time only as in college they will not allow us to go into trees as some snakes or any insects will be wandering there. Some spots are there like stadium where we friends will gather and talk about things we do in class or any other faculty gossips and all. Moon light dinners are the best thing where food is served outside the canteen with good tasty food which will be once every month.
