Remarks

Many positive thing is about college like exam pattern good faculties good facilities and good labs but also many negative things were there like atandence problem. Dress problem and also many more like fee are really high and also no any comprises with the fee even not help for good student

Course was really nice. Exam pattern and structure was semester wise and 2 exams oer year also there was one unit tests in every semester and viva practical. Labs exam and many more were there and was nice.

Placement Experience

If for placement and everything it was almost good nit really nice as many few good company always came like tcs wipro and sap. Sometimes also one or more company comes based on the year and situation

College Events

So many events and many things were celebrated on our college. Like from Christmas to fest we all celebrated very nicely. Specially fest is every year. Lots of events were there like dance singing race etc

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is really high. And sometimes it is good for those who can not paid the fee at a time. Many of the students generally used to pay the fees semester wise. Half amount one semester and remained half amount next semester. But no compromises with the fee

Fees and Financial Aid

Might there was some ruls for loans but I didn't opt for that and I have taken scholarship and all those scholarship only for those students who top the examination and having highest marks among all in the class. The scholarship provided was really nice as they can help many students.

Campus Life

Every year sports day was celebrated and it was celebrated for 4 days. Many events were there race volleyball football cricket and many more. Large amount of students take participate in that event and many faculties too.

Alumni/Alumna

From all the alumni and all the seniors only fewer of them were really nice and helpful who always help us to take part in every situation and helpful also to make our mind control for the situation. They are really nice people

Admission

First there was an entrance test and then one interview. After that also marks of your 12 was considered and a merit is created on the based of everything. After the name in merit list one can get admission in the college

Faculty

Good and very knowledgeable faculty was there. They all were having good knowledge of what the subject they tought us. Students who want to grab the opportunity they always help for that so that every student can do great

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

The Vibrant Life at St. Xavier's Mumbai

I applied to IIM Indore, St. Xavier's mumbai, TAPMI Manipal and I had given CET exam to apply for colleges in Mumbai. I did not clear the IPMAT exam as I prepared only for 2 months, so I didn't make it to iim indore. St. Xavier's being one of the top colleges in India was my next choice. I also got into TAPMI Manipal but I chose Xavier's over it as the ROI was better. For admission in Xavier's you've to clear the Xavier's Entrance Test (XET) for BMS, BMM and BSC-IT. Post which you'll get a call if your name is in the merit list. Rest of the process is done in the college itself, where you'll be asked to submit your documents and fill out some forms. Campus life at xaviers

I choose Xavier's because the BMS course it offers is one of the best and is very affordable as well , I was comparing Xavier's with christ,nmis etc. the BMS course offered in their college is extremely expensive and not as reputed as Xavier's and the placements that they offers is not good as Xavier's as well,Xavier's also has a good alumini and good word of mouth than these colleges, as for the admission into courses like BMS ,BMM,BSC-IT there is an entrance test called XAT and we have to clearit, the weightage is 60% score form the entrance test 40% from board exam scores and the final round will be an interview after which it is decided if one is selected for the course or not there is a reservation for Christan quota in the college as it is an Jesuits run college...Read More
