Likes

The facility staff is very good , Teachers and other staff are experienced.
The fees structure and scholarship helps to the middle class to study
The friendly environment of the college helps the students to become comfortable

Dislikes

The maintenance of the building and ground is poor
Washrooms are not properly clean and water problem for handwash
The roads that connects to college are not good it becomes difficult to come to college in rainy seasons

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of this course which influenced me to it is the job opportunities arrived at the current period of time in my city and area. This curriculum tought me about real world strategy of work. It is different to do all the syllabus and other things in this period of time in a semester and difficulty of exam is high

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees below 60 percent is 29000 per year , fees between 60-70 percent is 14300 per year , fees between 70-80 percent is 11500 per year , fees between 80-90 percent is 8200 per year , fees between 90-100 percent is 5000 per year. Benefits for sc/st is available. Scholarship available.

Campus Life

The life of the campus is nice there will be both good and bad things about the campus. The good things like the behaviour of students are good the accessibility of books and newspapers are here in library etc. the bad things like the functions like freshers party, farewell, etc are not there and the sports are not there in campus.

Admission

The fees structure and the staff of the college make my mind to choose this college over other college. The maintenance of the college is not that good if compare with other college. The process of admission in this college is simple the staff of the college guides in everything required for admission.

Faculty

The faculty of college are nice they are expected and the lecturers tought every concert very carefully. There are there are 7 courses. 1-Civil engineering, 2- mechanical engineering, 3- CSE, 4- electrical engineering, 5- ECE, 6- MLT, 7- MOP. There will be 3 MST's and 1 final exam with proper rationalisation and practical in every semester.

Night Life

The nightlife in and around the college campus is not fancy. It is a city village college where night life is not enjoyable the most of the shops are going to close after 10:00 pm and opens at 8:00 am

A well-rounded diploma experience at LPU

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculum 4 out of 5 for relevence and comprehensiveness. It focused on core mechanical subjects, practical labs, and workshops, which helped me choose this course. The curriculum prepares student for jobs and higher studies. Exams conducted regularly and are of modern difficult. However, there ia still scope for improvement. More industry exposure, interships, and advanced machine- based training could further enhanced the curriculum. Overall, the course is relevant well-planned, and suitable for sudents aiming for techanical skills and career growth in mechanical engineering

How is my experience at GPC Mohali

I chose this college because first of all it is close to my residence , secondary they provide skill based courses which I think are way better than persuing those overrated courses other than that I got rejected from PGGC because of my 2 years gap I had a gap because I was planning to move to Canada for my further studies but things didn't go as planned so I changed my plans after 2 years , If you want to take admission in G)C Mohali first requirement is you need to have at least 30 percent of marks in your 10th or senior secondary you will be accepted directly in second year of you have choosen subjects like physics chemistry maths in your senior secondary you can have a cutoff in your fees according to your percentage you have I think the admission process is pretty easy and straight forward so noone is going to have any trouble with that and there are always staff members to help you out with your admission process so you don't have to worry about that my overall experience was awesome...Read More
