Course Curriculum Overview
I liked doing coding and learning coding languages. I started coding in 11th class with basic python that they taught in school but then it became easy for me to make logics for the code and i thought that i should do coding only and pursue btech cse.
Internships Opportunities
Companies are same for the placement and the internship that are like microsoft, EA sports, Capgemini, tcs, etc. The project main is given in the 4th year to the students. The projects in companies are not much but it is more about the training
Placement Experience
For placements they start taking place from 3rd year 6th semester. Many companies like microsoft, EA sports, TCS, tech mahindra, capgemini and other companies visit our campus for placements. Highest package this year was 18 lpa and average was around 5 6 lpa. Percentage students placed were around 80
Fees and Financial Aid
For cse core that i have it is 3 lakh per year tution fees with extra 11000 for extracurricular, 1500 extra for registration fee,10000 extra admission fees. For AI/ML the fees is same as cse core and for Data Science and Cybersecurity the fees is 2 lakh tution fee and the rest is same. No financial aid was available even for merit cum
Campus Life
There have been no fests or events since i have joined the college other than the freshers party. There are high availability of books in the library but quantity of each book is not full that every student can issue for the exams. Smart board equipped in classes for teaching and there are social clubs but no events have been arranged by them also
Admission
I chose this college over others because all other good colleges required high rank and percentile in jee or 95 percent marks in board exams. I had none so people suggested that srm is a good college and its degree has higher value in the market that is why i chose this. For admission nothing needs to be done just go and take admission
Faculty
I only like my maths faculty that is Dr priyanka. Else the faculties know and have knowledge of the subjects but we do not understand anything in the classroom or what the teacher is teaching. The exams are not that tough but still almost 50 percent students fail to clear the exams as the exams are like every 3 4 weeks
Night Life
I am not a hostel child so i dont know much but as of what i have heard and seen, there is nothing around the campus. For anything you have to travel to delhi or meerut. Inside university we can be in the ground and canteen. Hostel timings are till 7 pm in the evening
