Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is relevant and all the subjects give an insight to the subject and laws that will be useful starting times of internship and not course give us an insight to how to approach and have an argument in court.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 155000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement from the college is average as the college whereas provides placement people tend to take up independent practice in this course. My plans is to pursue judicious staircase after completing the course.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee in the first year was 145000 and increases by 8000 every year. Scholarship for the first semester was based on marks of the Board exams.After the first year a student had to maintain 9.0 CGPA or more every semester.

Campus Life

Campus life is very easy as all facilities are accessible very easily. A person can easily approach all the facilities and club initiatives are given as seniors approach standbys to join clubs which gives students opportunities.

Admission

The main reason was access to the college as it was near my home and also my relatives have pursued the same course from this college which game me an insight of hot god the college is. Eligibility is cleared boards exam from CBSE and ICSE board.

Faculty

The faculty members of the college are trained to teach professionally and approaching them regarding issues is also very easy. In my current semester there are 6 subjects and mostly clear the exams whereas some fail too.

Interview Experience

A Group discussion by two faculties was conducted and I was asked why I chose this comment and what was my interest in this field.I was invited to the college then we were given an introduction to the college facilities then Slots were given for the interview.

Night Life

Gym and cafeterias are salty accessible. Hostel student's can later the college only after taking permission from the college and campus timings are 9 am to 5 pm and students can leave on the basis of class timings.

Placement Experience:

Students are given internship opportunities right from the first year. As I'm already on the verge of graduating in the next two months, I've seen the faculty and management put more attention to the Training and Placement Cell. Big companies like Deloitte, HCL and Austrian Migration Lawyers like Loch Corporate have taken interns from the law school at DME. This being said, I have high hopes from the Placements as well. I plan on working in the corporate and later this year appearing in Clat PG for the masters.

They prepare us well for the real life practices but need kore case studies. Exams are moderately difficult but really helps in future preparations. The curriculum is relevant and fairly comprehensive.

In the college we have a designated internship cell which actively provides internship for law students throughout the semester. For placement, pre placement offer starts coming in last semester. Also college conduct placement drives for final year students where tier 1,2,and 3 law firms come and select students and offers reasonable package for freshers.

Balanced academics with good exposure

Placement Experience:

Campus placements at the college are quite decent and provides students with a good platform to start their career students usually becomes eligible for placement in their final year but the college starts focusing on internship and skill development on early semester itself. This helps students gain practical exposure and build a strong cv before they sit for final placement. Usually hardworking and eligible students who focuses from the begining get placements through college after completing my degree my plan to gain practical experience by working in a corporate legal role or with a law firm to build strong skills and industry exposure the placement percentage at the college is moderate with a fair number of students getting placed each year

I actually chosed tgis college as the exposure was pretty good. But the major part of me for choosing this college is because I was denied by my parents to learn animation as that was my first preference. My, one distant relative, also did animation and since he had no job my parents were scared that it would turn out to be my story. AMITY UNIVERSITY - GUIDE 101 FOR B.TECH

I applied to SRM chennai and got the admission letter. but i had to choose AMITY because of lack of hostel accommodation in SRM for female students. When i got there they told me they had 0 rooms for so many students. I did not get a rejection, i had to reject SRM because of lack of hospitality for North Indian people at the reception desk. Admission process for Amity is quite moderate, you have to have 70% aggregate in PCM to apply for BTECH, and the students have to go through an interview round to get an admission letter based o nthe interview...Read More
