Course Curriculum Overview

4

The teaching methods are really making us learn alot of things they are helping us to use these things in our daily aspects of like , they teach us how to communicate how to deal with patients and alot of stuff

Internships Opportunities

5

The stipend in internship is about 25000 per month there are alot of opportunities , we need to work alot , and have alot of hospital experience so we get good experience and work so this helps us alot

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly around 15000 No caution fees Registration fee 10,600 Fees is same for all people No scholar ships because income of my parents is high , there is no merit cum fee Hostel fee is about 30,000 No scholar ships

Campus Life

4

We don't have any kind of fests in our college , as our college is a govt college there won't be anykind of other activities like fests because our college won't be recieving any kind of money to access these type of fests Yes we have all kinds of books related to medicine in our library , and our library is one of big libraries We have vey good facilities in our class room and have many options like digital boards which would help us to search whatever we need Yes we have been introduced to sports this year we got good courts in our hostel We usually have FAP prgrammes and SDLs and seminars to improve ourselves

Hostel Facilities

4

Basically as first years we are given halls to know ourselves and get interacting with ourselves even so there are about 20 people in each hall , we are provided with wide number of fans and lights and beds and we have common washrooms and after getting settled we are shifted to seperate rooms with our willing ness even if we want to share the rooms with seniors or our batch mates is upto our choice Basically here the mess fee is 4200 rupees they provide us wide variety of food we can eat how much we want we usually even have other options like egg is we don't like mess food The total yearly fee for hostel is 30,000 and for 30,000 we have all kinds of facilities here , we got washing machines to clean our clothes and got geasers for hot water , and we have water coolers for drinking water , and 24/7 current facility , we have studyrooms with ACs Kpt is place where rooms are there and brodipet is for pgs even if we rent a pg a room we won't be getting these many facilities and the good food , so yeah I prefer hostel then a pg , so in hostels we will have good communication skills and have alot of friends and seniors who would help us with alot of stuff

Admission

I applied for Stanley medical college , Chennai Andhra medical college , vishakhapattanam I got into Stanley and Andhra but I intended to stay in this college because this college have got alot of clinical exposure with patients Yes I got rejected for osmania medical college ,hyderbad because I'm not that eligible for getting there with my marks It occurs with an all India counselling and Andhra state counselling with NEET exam May be we should get 650 to get a seat in this college

Faculty

4

The student to faculty ratio is almost very good Basically we do have professors , associate professor, assistant professors , post graduates , interns to teach us. They always have a good comunication with us , they allow us to ask anykind of doubts we have I personally like krishnam Raju sir from physiology department , cause he teaches us very good and help us to solve alot of problems , he always try to be a ear to listen to our problems and solve them I personally have no faculty to like They are only one final exams at the end of the year , but we are often writing PCTs and FAs which are almost equal to sliptests to improve ourselves and get us prepared for the final exams

Interview Experience

5

The subjects we have are anatomy , physiology, bichemistry We usually have internals , and prefinals and finals In internals we have been tested for the topic they teach us until then The exam pattern is discriptive type we have long answers short answers and MCQs First we need to apply for the counselling then need to choose colleges and make a priority list of colleges and then we are alloted for the college we get As it is all computer based so we need to have all kind of PDFs of our certificates if needed and we need to show them if they want any kind of certificates . Then they would email us that we got into certain college and we will go there show them a allotment letter and get the admission and join the college with all the tests like ishihara test, ent test , obstetrics for girls

Night Life

4

My favourite hangout spot is the cafe we have our of our college we all gather there and hangout , late night activites are basically I give preference to sleep , and I sleep alot and I give priority to sleep first. These type of things actually make me feel active and enthusiastic during my college hours ,having good sleep makes me feel active , and hanging out with friends make me feel relieved and stress free Gym is always open in our hostel they would allow us to use gym and fit Cafeterias are also open during the college hours they have very wide varieties of food Library is also open during class hours and even we can study there beyond class hours Campus college timings are morning 9.00am to evening 4.00 pm Hostel gates are closed after 10.00pm in girls hostel to ensure the safety of women We have a very beautiful garden to hangout in college and in hostel we are surrounded by trees and benches to hangout and make ourselves comfort

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum that we follow us CBME curriculum. That reflects the clinical knowledge blended with the general knowledge of mbbs and this curriculum suits us in terms of many applications to the practice of medicine. The difficulty level is increased for the final exams but it is good for the competition that increased in these days.

My choice for this profession is that,it gives highest level of respect It is the Profession to save the lives of people The life which was taken away by the evil can be dragged back by the doctors The first year's dissection of cadavers,2nd 3rd 4th year's gives the experience to treat any case and to overcome the fear of blood No improvements needed in our college,as everything seems perfect Timing is planned by expertise, frequency of exams is very accurate and gives boost to remember every topic

Course Curriculum Overview:

1}the specific aspect that influenced my decision are my parent and relatives who hold the social stigma of being a doctor can give a secured life whereas nowadays doctor is one of the most vulnerable profession due to the incidents that are happening recently 2}the cirriculum is not great for students when it comes to the topic of facing real world situations as being in pvt.college doesnt exopse us to vasr amount of patients and mostly the graduates dont know how to deal with patients 3}the areas that should need an improvement is in imrpoving dissection hall facilities and posting lessers members in a sysytematic way to give time for each and every student a better exposure to the patients 4}the frequency of exams is adequate enough for an above avg student to cope up with the burdensome and vast syllabus but it might be diffucult for a below avg student and my perspective of the difficulty level is somewhat tough and stressful

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually MBBS is structured in such a way that it helps students step by step to learn.. it's anything but perfect .. I am not in a position to suggest but when we are exposed to this vast world in first year which is entirely new to us,it is difficult for us to adjust. We step by step start learning to accommodate in this new world and by the time we adjust and start reading first year comes to and end and then only running,we don't have time to atleast cover our basics so that we can continue for further 3 years.. basics when we aren't aware of we can't confidently go into next years syllabus, but if we try studying basics in the next year we will be again lagging the next year syllabus and cycle goes on.. Mental pressure is the most common that we all feel and for relieving we don't have anything,no cultural activity,no sports,nothing.. that is why many are getting on the wrong side and getting addicted to phone, movies, other addictions
