Diving into Campus Life: A Taste of Balanced Fun and Workloads

Course curriculum follows and covers all integral and precise components related to the respective streams. Course structures get branched into cores and subcores as one progresses further into the discipline. Newer areas such as discipline electives and cores spring up which focus particularly on the core parts of the stream in an attempt to enforce proper knowledge of the subject into the students' mind. Teaching methods are hybridised, embibed with a touch of both digital and age old whiteboard teaching tactics. Quizzes and Digital Assesments are conducted regularly in order to keep a check on the students' in depth knowledge about the particular subject

The yearly fees for my college sums up to around 360500 considering my tution fees, caution deposit and hostel admission fees. The breakdown of the total fee components would roughly bring about the hostel fees to be 154500 tution fees per annum to be about 173000 and mess charges to be between 65000 to 70000.

Club and social life on the college is extremely pleasent and diverse. Due to the presence of people from various diverse backgrounds we almost get to meet a person from every race and ethnicity leading to our own knowledge enhancement about their community. A variety of clubs and chapters present within the campus makes available for a student to join one on the basis of his/her interest and mingle with like minded folks sharing ideas for newer endeavours. Library acts as a great source of knowledge hub for geeks who are eager in their academic pursuits, since it provides access to over 1 lakh+ books and proper air conditioned facilities.

I chose this college since I unfortunately could not the main government entrance examinations such as JEE and all. Entering into this college was through an exam called VITEEE. Among other private entrance examinations which i had cleared i found this college to be academically better placed due to which I had chosen this college. Other areas of consideration while choosing this college were its ranking on the NIRF, Shanghai and QS boards and its alumni placed in various foreign countries.

Faculty members are of various diverse and educational backgrounds some having great insights, depth and knowledge about the subject they specialise in and some lack in those aspects. Most are approachable in our needs regarding academic doubts and other areas. Exam systems are conducted in a proper and oriented manner following the basis of a strong and decent code of conduct enforced among the students. Review and checking of the paper is done judiciously on whole. The percentage of students passing or failing in a particular class varies from faculty to faculty.

Night life also is elegent and pleasent in its own grace till a particular restriction time. Afterclass hours can be enjoyed outside campus in eateries and cafes. Within campus as well their are plenty of eateries and coffee shops for in between class hour breaks. Campus in timings are strictly followed with the main gates closing at 7 pm and hostel gates at 9 pm for men and 8.30 pm for women.
