Likes
- The lecturers are good they are really patient and they do tell us repeatedly if we couldn't understand
- The seniors.. i didn't knew about senior sirs but the senior mams here are best they take good care of you
- Cultural events and activities we get to participate and involve in them, we are even encouraged to do so
Dislikes
- The facilities probably the washrooms need some work
- There's a construction i mean just the ceiling work going on which is abit disturbing it will be over in a few days tho
- First years arent allowed to few places in clg which is quite sad like library and the garden
Course Curriculum Overview
We get to write exams for like every 10 days or so and they are really helpful...this stream a doctor was and is always a inspiration to me and many. This profession was a dream for my parents which later on became a passion for me.
Internships Opportunities
I still haven't experienced it but by the way our seniors are presented we get the best internship opportunities as this is one of the best and top most college. You will be given extra privilege if ypu are from this college as this college has a great name in society
Fees and Financial Aid
Hello This is Hima Varshini from Guntur Medical College. I was really happy when i got alloted into this college as this is like a dream college for my mom. As this is a government college, every student of different caste gets to pay the same fee that is ?15000. Other than the course fee we only paid an approx amount of 2100 for record and log books and i really appreciate that. Ours is a class of 250 with good lecturers and we get to do practicals daily except on the weekends. This is a really good college to study mbbs in..
Campus Life
We couldn't get access to the sports as there was work going on over there but we will get our ground neat and clean slowly. As i mentioned earlier you could indulge in fests, club activities, extracurriculars and you are even encouraged to do so
Hostel Facilities
I stay in ladies hostel provided by the government itself, it is student oriented management hostel so i twll you this has been best so far with all the hostels i joined included..the seniors look after you and they even get medicine to you at late nights and get you to hospital if you are unwell
Admission
You will eligibel to this college if you crack neet with a good score. As this is the 2nd top most college in andhra pradesh you do need to score better. Ssc and inter pass and other certificates like caste, income, allotment order, etc were asked during joining this college. I could'nt make it to other colleges cause i wasn't interested
Faculty
The faculty here are amazing.. they observe and study every student and help them cope with their studies and environment..we have different departments and there are approx 10 to 15 faculty for each department..In studies way its good
Night Life
We get to hang out with friends a lot.. in girls hostel we are allowed to go out but we are supposed to return before 9 for 1st years later on you are permitted till 10. You could explore the place and area and enjoy it with yoir friends
