Course Curriculum Overview

5

Since the syllabus changes from year to year, that really helps us to learn new technologies. The thing is u should prepare for your exams as well as for placements. That's the hard part! If you're a nerd, good to go!

Internships Opportunities

5

I got into Accenture which is an ofd campus offer. But the college considered it as an on campus offer and they got 9.5k from my package. That's fine.....even after coming out of college, they gave placements to students who are unplaced.

Placement Experience

5

Campus placements start from first semester itself cuz since I pursued MCA, we have only 2 academic year. Of you're pursuing Engineering your placement will begin from 6th semester. From top MNC companies to startup companies used to visit campus. It's based on our performance.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since I didn't have any opportunities in my UG college, I drastically enjoyed here cuz there are may opportunities here coming to college fests and placements. But there prefer more to engineering students than MCA or MBA for placements. But still they do focus on us. My college fee per year was 2.75L and I purchased MCA. I opted for hostel for 1.45L per year. More fests, concerts, ....apart from those, they'll pressure you from the side of placements. You have to concentrate on academics, exams, projects, assignments, and placements at the same time. That will be hectic. But after becoming an alumni, I felt that they were all worth it!

Campus Life

5

We have vast number of fests here. Ethnic day, deepotsav, sargam, and technical events like hackathon, arts events like moviecon and so on...They have sports and extracurricular activities like club activities too

Hostel Facilities

5

Nothing much in room..it's spacious with a cot and cupboard. Laundry service is available with 6k per year. We have seperate meal for veg and non-veg everyday except tuesdays. Clean food. As I'm from Tamilnadu, I was used with spicy food. Here since food style is different, and less spicy, I mostly used to have food outside.

Admission

I've applied for 3 colleges in bangalore. I was unable to get into Christ. I got PES, and NHCE. Considering placement opportunities, I analysed that comparatively NHCE had good placements. So I joined here.

Faculty

5

Faculties were very supportive. As usual if we get a black mark oit of no where, they'll carry it till the end of academic and that happens everywhere. They assign mentors for completing projects and reports, which is a plus for completing everyyon time with guidance. We have 3 internal exams per semester for 25 marks.

Night Life

5

They have 2 main cafeteria..one is udupi and the other is tango..which is sodexo..and some stalls too. Seperate gym for male amd female. Hostel was too good in maintenance. Girls should return campus within 8:30. And for guys i guess it's 10. Not sure.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are average. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 2nd semester. Some companies visit the college and offer jobs in different roles. The average package is around 3-4 LPA and the highest package depends on the company. After completing my degree, I plan to get a good job and gain experience in my field

Placements are good...lot of my friends got placed. But it even depends on individual intrests. At starting you get paid less but later on experience u can earn more. In case if placement doesn't happen you will still have the chance to explore outside.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MCA course curriculum is well structured, relevant, and comprehensive. It covers core computer science subjects such as programming, data structures, databases, software engineering, and practical lab work, which influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a strong foundation for both real-world applications and further academic pursuits. With the support of good and experienced faculty, concepts are explained clearly through theory, practical sessions, assignments, and projects. Exams are conducted on a semester basis with internal assessments and end-semester examinations. The frequency and timing of exams are appropriate, and the difficulty level is moderate. Students who attend classes regularly and follow faculty guidance can perform well.
