My collage government polytechnic have good labs,Workshop .
There a 7 engineering branches and good campus infrastructure.
Also it have ncc and nss activities and sports.

Dislikes

In cse IT department there are low placement.
The strength of students are good but the faculty members are not sufficient.
There no hostel for girls so then we all are live in rental rooms.

Course Curriculum Overview

I will rate this collage 8out of 10 because there are syllabus courses are good as per dipolma level and also sports and ncc ,nss for good personality and social work for students. The lab have computing systems.

Fees and Financial Aid

My name is tanisha negi. I had compeled my intermediate schooling from navodaya vidhalaya but some unproper financially conditions i couldn't pursue degree in technical field but i can do diploma in Computer science my father is a farmer so because of that my uncle pay my all fees and also room rent.

Campus Life

This collage have good infrastructure. I can spend my one and half year on this collage, I can experience this collage have good campus and faculty but some time this collage couldn't provide students better experience in technical field.

Admission

I have financially deadlock so i can prefer is course and govt. Polytechnic srinagar had comparetively better placement other then polytechnic and also this collage is near to my home town. So i can pay my attention to family and also my studies.

Faculty

The overall annually fees is 13000 and also examination fees is 2000. There are 6 to 7 subjects in all semester. The marking schemes like a almost 60% of marks done over the sessional exam and Practical, and 40% depends on theory of main exams.

Night Life

There are small library were we just read library books and 3 books can allowed for one students. In this collage there are no any gym around the collage the just a ground/park were we hangout and there is no any facility for girls hostel.

Placement Experience:

When students are passed 4 semester and reach in 5 semester.placements apportunity are started in 5 semester.company visited to college are so many but some of them are maruti suzuki, Uno Minda,l&t,go green etc. My plans after getting degree are for shifting myself to foreign countries for job

The frequency and timing of exams along with my perspective on their difficulty level , is the exam is not hard and not easy also but you have a sufficient knowledge about any kind of topic to relate the question then you clear easily the internal and the external exams..

Come the Steel company and biscope company for CS and mechanical student and , give the chance for 3rd year Mechanical and CS student for 4 lakh and four half lakh. Percent student give the placement in our college . Is to become a engineer or government exam.

5th semester students is eligible for campus placements. Rockman, motherson is visited in the college for placement offers 12000 and 10800 per month. 60% of students in my class got placed. After getting diploma i will go for a job in company.

Government Polytechnic Srinagar Garhwal Uttarakhand Review

I reviewed many colleges before filling the choice in counseling but because of its available faculty I choose this college and it is near the main NIT Srinagar so I believe that I get motivation for my next step towards higher education if I get near an educational place and this college is also in Srinagar city, in the hills getting a college near the city is too difficult. I've availed for the TFW quota there are only two seats in each branch for TFW students and luckily I got one after filling in counseling. Admission criteria fully depend on the marks or rank you got on the basis of the exam known as JEEP(Joint Entrance Examination Of Polytechnic) and after the result counseling portal will open and you have to choose which course you wanted to apply to and where from the list of colleges and after getting your choice, of course, you have to go to your college on the given date and submit your documents which are required for admission process.
