The courses offered for first year students is same which is mandatory out of which there are three 4 graded couses and three 2 graded courses and three non graded couses. Non graded courses requires hundread percent attendance .There are few outdated courses which I think needs to be removed

Internship opportunities is not that good as most of our seniors not get sorted for internship and some of them had applied for off campus companies and get selected on the basis of their skills .I also think skills matters. Companies like Bain, Myntra and more comes in our campus to offer internship and also offers PPO .As I had not get offer for internship yet I can't able to tell about projects and their outcomes.

On campus placement of IIT Delhi is good but the off - campus is more impressive based on this year placement .Companies like Bain , Mc kinsey , Tata , Nexus and many more visits campus this year and offers a decent package

Our yearly tution fees is Rs.122400 (for General/OBC whose annual income is more than 5 lakhs) for 2024-2025 out of which 30000 is paid to JOSAA towards institute fee and Rs.8150 is one time payment and Rs.6250 is for other charges and Rs.8000 is refundable caution deposit and Rs.100000 is tution fee . For General/OBC (annual income between 1 to 5 lakhs ) tution fee = 33333 , one time payment = 8150, other charges = 6250, refundable caution deposit = 8000. For General/OBC (annual income less than 1lakh) and ST/SC/PWD only tution fee becomes NIL rest all are same .For These are according to our fee structure given by the institute for 2024-2025 . Hostel fee is same for all students which is Rs.57000 and seat rent is Rs.8600

There are club in almost all verticals which a student needed to get exposure . Range of books available in library is very vast . Sports facilities are not that good means you in case of badminton which I use to play I had to purchase my shuttle cocks

In most of the hostels there are triple sharing rooms which are so much conjusted for first and second year students and single rooms for third year students , for some hostels there are also double sharing rooms

First I always want to get a college in teir 1 city and also the startup culture of indian institute of delhi is amazing which grabs my attention from the beggining. Addmision process is ver easy also there are BSW representatives to help you in this .

faculty to student ratio is course dependent. But overall faculty to student ratio is very impressive also there is weekly tutorial clases for different courses in which the ratio is 1: 20 and also profs are always happy to take our doubts after classes and in there office timing .There are quizesand assignments which conducts monthly for almost all courses.Overall faculty is awesome

Night life of IIT Delhi is amazing means 80 percent of extra curricular starts after 8 pm . There is a one month curfew for btech first year students after that there is no restriction for students for in and out . Hostel mess timing are 7 to 9 pm for dinner
