Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum might seem a bit outdated as the college has to follow RTU and they have an outdated course, but it is still relevant to some extent, its moderately difficult, and once you know the exam pattern you can easily crack the exams
Internships Opportunities
The placement/internship drives starts from the mid of 6th semester,and more than often students get placed, all rest depending on hard work of one. Both services and product based companies visit the college.
Placement Experience
The placements are increasing year after year after some rough patch, and more and more product based companies are visiting the college, and they mostly offer for Software developer role, and some modern age startups are also visiting the college. The backup plan is to always prepare for off campus placements and maybe for masters as well.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees for the college is around 1Lakh for both the semesters, but the fees is collected per semester, and it it 49900. The branches are divided into two categories and fees is different for both of them. There are multiple scholarships available as well, of of many is TWFS which reduces fees per semester to around 5000
Campus Life
The overall campus is lushgreen, there are my clubs in the college which are run by the student coordinators. The most visible clubs are drama, dance and music. The annual techno fest is called Pravah. The whole college shines during the fest
Admission
I didnt applied to a lot of colleges, because I knew my percentile and what I can get at that percentile, and SKIT is a decent college in rajasthan, and lately performing great in placements. To apply in SKIT you need to fill in the REEP counseling form.
Faculty
The faculty of each and every department is highly experienced and they are always ready to solve your doubts and queries, and also help a lot in daily life issues. The faculty is highly approachable and you can contact them anytime in the working hours.
Night Life
The nightlife is great as compared to other colleges of the same league. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants where you can have your gala time. There are multiple gyms nearby and the college also provide a gym in the hostel
