First thing is the environment of the college is very pretty good
Teachers are very kind and professional at studying
Entertainment programmes are also conducted for students

Dislikes

First of all its not feel like a college because of uniforms that look seems you are an school students
The college facilities are very poor compared to other college
College management aren't ready to take any new challenges

Course Curriculum Overview

I like to read and study about ecomics when iam on plus two so that is main reason to choose this course I always analyse assessment results so its helps to understand real world application and also academic pursuit

Fees and Financial Aid

Calicut university provide us different scholarship to undergraduate students and also post graduates Exams fee for yearly is 720 Centeral sector scholarship is one of scholarship that provide financial assistance to students needs. the scholarship amount is around 1000 per month for undergraduate students

Campus Life

On our college there are many annual and seasonal festivals were celebrated line college day programs, onam, xmas, keralapiravi, celebrations, arts, sports many programs are held there A huge and different varieties of books and journal are included on library There are many student club are involved to freedom to student

Admission

This college is near from my home and also i assure that this college help me to meet my academic and career goals I rather apply many college like Victoria college, sree Kerala varma college, sn college etc, i got o confirmed admission first from sn college kollam So i choose this college is its near from home

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio was 2:3 so the students got freedom and also the teachers were more focused on students One of my favorite faculty was sandeep sir he was very pleasant and teach us very well There 2 sem exams in a year before sem exam the faculty conducted a internal exam

Night Life

The college life gives an extra ordinary experience that are including many things One of my favorite thing to do on my college campus to go on library and read books its the most quiet place on campus There are many hangout place for students to chill o outside also

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is suitable for the modern age of teaching,the way of education is well balanced with projects, assignments, presentations and also notes .we have reading assignments where the faculty members ask us to read an entire book and give our review on it.the exams are quiet moderate and in my opinion teachers should use more ai tools as a learning aid which will be more effective for the students

Great life from college

Placement Experience:

From the last semester pass out we a re eligible for the campus recruitment for job or placement. So many companies visit us for the interview or some checking like , hero honda , maruti suzuki etc. the main reason for it was a low amount of budget is that get from this placement maybe 15 thousand let month ect. Only the company can take the students for it so the percentage of the students who getting placement will change in every year. My plan was to get an admission in the central government University for doing master of degree in History. And try the best exam called upsc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are many aspects of the curriculum that infulenced my decision to choose BA English Literature in St. Berchmans College. Their syllabus is far more challenging and interesting than what other colleges and universities offer in Kerala. The examinations and overall assessment of projects and grades are top-tier and is comparatively difficult to obtain. The course steadily provides good quality information and knowledge on English Litearture and readies the student to be more than qualified for further studies in English Literature or any related courses. The areas where they can improve in the course curriculum is through availing more optional courses such as various other language courses/philosophy related courses to be selected. Their teaching environment can also be improved by improving basic infrastructure in the classrooms such as airflow etc. They conduct their exams freequently and on time. The examinations are challenging but necessary for overall improvement in students

Remarks:

I have choosed this college so that I can reach my hometown with in an hour as my parents have only one child and if they need any presence of mine as soon as possible, then I can run towards them asap I can do. I have received multiple admission calls from various universities and autonomous colleges, I have rejected them as my prefer was I told the early. The eligibility criteria is to attend the entrance exam that is conducted by the university, then they publish the rank list and will call them to join.
