Experience as a B.Sc Student

The college has provided an excellent group of people to study and be with. The college aspires people to look up to its successful people and reach them. Has a good culture maintained by the management I thank full that I could be a part of the college

Teachers give notes and help in understanding. Course Curriculum is the same as in most colleges. Its fair as in the sense that in India education is measured as a retentive capacity of memory. they ensure that they complete the syllabus even it takes special classes. Some portions are also skimmed through depending on time. They have holistic education to. Being a "backbencher" well I also have skimmed through them a lot.

SH colleges have quite good placements when it comes to commerce and art students. But for students in the science stream, they have to go for those companies which come for commerce and arts. Industries which are solely looking for science students appear less in placements of SH. SH also has a placement cell for students to inquire.

Events ranging from sunburn to inspire (DST Event) take place with great supports from faculty. A hearty fest is an event conducted by the college. it's a time when everyone can visit the college. There are also fests conducted by each dept for there own students. And many seminars and things to say about. But skipping all of them.

fees structure are different for management and aided students. Usually, merit students has to pay about 3k to 4k while others might have to pay extra. but they have to pay a donation to get admission to college. For science students, they have to pay extra for lab use and other damages to an instrument if any made at the time of applying for TC.

I haven't had any scholarship. So I will just fill these columns with just random sentences. so it would complete a hundred characters.

Campus life is to strictly follow the rules of management and to be constructive in those areas which they allow. At times they will be liberal on students but they don't promote many things that student things that they must get during there college life. the college doesn't promote sports and activities over education. Many programs are conducted but one cant attends them during class hours. In my personal opinion, one is not aware of the outside world which they fall onto after the completion of college.

the alumni network is good at SH. They have online platforms to help alumni in information, contact and happening at the college. Annual meetups are conducted by the college on the day which good scholars are awarded prizes for there achievements.

Colleges can be applied to on preference via a portal in Mahatma Gandhi University's Web page to all its affiliated colleges. upload all the details and stuff. They will shortlist everyone on different allotment dates on the basis of marks. Once selected be present on the college with the guardian and have all the details and documents of support. After cross-checking pay fees and a jubilee association fee (500 for me) which depends on your guardian's income. And finally, they tell us to appear for the next working day.

The faculties are taken on the basis of interview by management. If you are loyal to the management and has good credentials and portfolio that can impress then the chances of the appointment are more. Most teachers that have taught me are a character of there own with good and bad like humans. But all they put effort to bring good name to the college and students.
