No.1college in Lucknow currently

College is at top now in Lucknow and according to my senses as I am currently in this college it is having good future since faculty and placements are quite good compared to other colleges in Lucknow

For BTech there are four UT's(University Test) conducted four times in a semester and rest Assignments and Surprise Test particularly for every UT.At last end semester exam comprises of 60marks known as external exams and rest 40 are of internal marks. Every semester there will be six theory sub. And four practical

Placement are well good as I have experienced from being in 2nd year. Detailing about this year placement are quite more than previously which are increasing year by year Many companies visited this year offering package's of 1.8-3.5lakh per annum.

Many events are held comprising of co-curricular activites held whole year talking about sports Cricket,Football, Basketball and other race and athletics are performed recently from 25-27Feb during the ANUBHUTI, annual cultural fest of University held every year.In which two days are for inter college competition different dance, singing and sports opportunities and at last there is Star night which is this year performed by Harshdeep Kaur well known bollywood,Sufi,Punjabi singer who sang recently in Raazi,Raees and much more movies and is currently the judge of The voice show which is telecasted on Star Plus.

Hostel comprises of seperate boys and girls hostel fee structure of 60000? per year in which there is accomodation of three persons in a room.In next or coming next year's A.C rooms are also available. Hostel comprises of fooding and lodging. But food quality in mess is not as much good

Scholarship is provided at the time based on your merit at the time admission which is only for 1st year. As I have got ?10000 in my fees in 1st year based on my PCM marks. Rest you can apply for Government scholarship which are provided every year for financial support to the parents for which you need to fill the form most of my colleagues got scholarship from ?2000-?65000.

Labs are quite poor I'm facility as their some of the buildings and labs are under construction extracurricular activities are mostly available throughout a year many times workshops many events and sports events are held every year among different course's.

Hostel rooms are quite good but food quality is mess is not upto the mark and one more important thing as University is 8-10kms from main Lucknow city so it will bound you to if you are in hostel means you cannot pursue extra coaching if you need or any part time job.

Senior students are helpful but you need to know them and be friendly with them they'll help as sure and alumni's are also helpful and you'll be provided a guide faculty to guide for your projects. But you need to make good choices of your friend circle.

Based on 12th board merit list comprising PCM marks where I got a discount of 1000? as I have more than 70percent in PCM.For admission purpose you need to visit campus or through website srmu.ac.in and documents of your board residential address etc.

Most of the faculty are best leaving few exceptions which are average or below average. Many of them are from NIT's or PhD from reputed colleges they have regular planned teaching strategies which are their own nd decided by management. In short can say faculty are excellent compared to other colleges.
