Shahaji Law College - one of the best law colleges in Maharashtra

So my decision to choose the B.A.LL.B course was that you can't apply for LL.B course of 3 years without a degree and after 12th It's better to complete 2 degrees from the same college. The curriculum for first two years of B.A.LL.B is based on Social Law while the remaining 3 years are nothing else but the actual 3 year law course, the college allots different activities which provides knowledge and experience to students. Overall the teachers and student interaction impacts on the development. The frequency of exams are same for many colleges as they are linked with Chatrapati Shivaji University, around 4-5 months for each semester

I have no idea about the internship or job opportunities offered but this profession usually needs more experienced people who are usually hired by the companies as legal advisor with salary of around 3-4 lakhs annually, So most probably the students who complete masters (LLM) get this opportunity.

So Shahaji Law college is one of the best colleges in Maharashtra, I would say the fee structure is very well balanced and with government aid included, based on the merit of students who appeared for the MHLAW CET exam, I recently took admission here and including tuition fees, caution fees, development fees, registration fees, admission fees and other fees for the government aided section is 6k+ and for the non-aided section it is 15k+.

The college for I-Pre law 2024 started at mid of August 2024, since then the college had a few functions like 15 August, Garba & Dandiya, etc. the books available in the library are of wide range of various types of different authors. The penalty is 1rs/day if you fail to submit the borrowed book to the library before the mentioned time limit. All classrooms are well ventilated with ceiling fans and tubelights also a projector used to teach visually. There is a specific department of sports where students are provided with financial aid by the college also extracurricular activities are been held regularly like Moot Court. Students bar council is a major influential side.

I didn't apply for any other colleges as this particular one is well known and also the distance isn't much of an issue for me, I could have got admission in other colleges but due to personal reasons I chose this college over others. The admission process is kept simple just visit our college and provide the documents they ask for opt for the course you want to do if you're eligible, so to take admission in this college you atleast have to be 12th passed and have appeared for the MH LAW CET of that same year or such. Many outsiders apply for admission and cutoffs are based on each years merit.

1 teacher is to 66 students, 3 different lectures 1 hour each for the first semester continuing with 4 on second semester and so on with five each semester from third year of B.A.LL.B, the teaching staff is co-operative and friendly. each faculty has a different teaching method so can't choose one amongst them, sometimes they get angry but it's all fair. Exams are surely difficult as it is an professional course and people taking it casual usually have backlogs.

College has a small gym on the same sports ground which is opened after or before college timings, there is no cafeteria for SLC, Library is always open for everyone we just need to mark the attendance before entering, the area near our college is a pretty crowdy place but the availablity and accessibility of things is great. I don't know about the facility provided by the hostel but the campus timing is for first year is 10 AM to 1 PM. The khau Galli famous for street food in kolhapur is near our college in rajarampuri, I prefer not hanging around alone at night after 10 PM.
