Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is actually really good and up to date. One of the main reasons why I chose this college over Nift and NID is because they keep updating their curriculum with time whereas other colleges follow the traditional curriculum every year. Maybe some people would prefer that but I prefer a ca curriculum that keeps getting updated as we are advancing in technology. Hence our college have included a lot of AI related courses as well.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is 3.5 lakhs per semester so the total fees is 7lakhs per year for the college without any scholarships. They also take 75,000 as enrolment fee. The fee for the hostel depends on the type of room you have chosen. I have chosen a four sharing room which costs me 45,000 per month. And the fees is taken in a 6+5 format. With this Security fee is also taken which differs every year.

Campus Life

4

this college provides us with a true campus life. The college has several clubs and organisations formed by students. It even has its own Rotract club, which organises a lot of donation and charity drives. we also have other clubs which organise different events on different festivals like Navratri and Diwali and all festivals are given equal importance in our college.

Hostel Facilities

3

so our hostel is actually really good and have basic facilities which I think all PG and hostels should have. Our hostel has an housekeeping service so that our rooms could be cleaned and our bedsheets could be changed when we are at college and everything is under surveillance. We have laundry service once a week, so we don't have to worry about washing our clothes. We have a pantry in each floor of our hostel so that we can cook, Maggi and other snacks when we are up late night. We get meals four times in a day that is breakfast, lunch, evening meal and dinner. And we get all types of cuisines available in all options, veg non-veg and even Jain. The hostel registration process is actually really easy as we have an app built for that, but I would say that the hostel fee is too much.

Admission

like I said, in my previous answer, I chose this college over other colleges because it follows a modern curriculum which keeps getting updated as we advance in technology, whereas the other colleges follow their traditional curriculum. Other than that this college is situated in the heart of Bombay and Bombay was always the city I wanted to go to for my studies.

Faculty

5

The faculty in our college are all very nice and open minded and will help you to the fullest. The course structure is built in a way that the students get to learn new things without being stressed about it. The course structure also changes every semester with the feedback of the students. The exams are tken in the form of Jury. Jury helps us in gaining confidence while presenting and we get to learn a lot.

Night Life

5

so basic amenities like gym, cafeteria, library, and other hangout places are located inside both the college campus and The hostel. the hostel curfew is at 10:30 PM and students are allowed to stay out after that if they have permission from their parents which is taken via an app built specifically for our hostel. Since the college is located near BKC, there are a lot of hangout places nearby and there's even Phoenix Marketcity, which is the biggest mall in Mumbai. We also have NMACC and Jio World Centre located nearby.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The creative assignments and learnings of how to think out of the box made me choose this course. The curriculum prepares us well and we learn how to move forward. but the real world is something which we learn only when we enter the field. The teaching methods can improve by introducing more practical engagements and field visits. Frequency of exams are not to much and exams are easy to clear.
