Remarks
Every college has its good side and bad side. In good side I want to put that the community and togetherness within every student is very remarkable. The faculties are very friendly and very helpful too. It's campus is so soothing that no one will ever want to leave this college. And the bad side is there's no good security in main gate which leads local goons and mobs entering college freely.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is well defined with highly recommended for any PG entrances and with that it helps a student to make his base very strong in his course. And the exam structure is semester type with number of subjects varies with subjects.
Placement Experience
As it is a non technical college campus recruitment process lacks here. But some of multinational companies e.g. TCS, congnizent, wipro, Accenture come to our college and hire student to get them into job. And there are no such internship is provided in our college.
College Events
Most of the department organize international seminar which leads exchange of friendship and knowledge. Apart from this a model United nations is organised every year where our college students as well as other college students take part.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it is a government institute the fee structure of ravenshaw university is feasible.As any class of students can afford for admission and for exams and in every one year a regulatory body is tabled to discuss about the fee structure.
Fees and Financial Aid
No there is neither such type of scholarships nor loan facilities are available for students in our college. But scholars whose family income is less than 5lakhs they can apply state government "prerna" once in a year for 3 year.
Campus Life
Every year student union organisers organize many type of events, activities and an annual sports event takes place. In activities e.g. tree plantations , many kind of awareness activities , mini marathon type activities take place.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes an alumni get together is takes place every year and for every alumni to be in touch our university has made a alumni registration option in our university website. And yes seniors are very cooperative with every occasion and yes they are very helpful.
Admission
A candidate must apply application form along with photocopy of all documents of 10th and 12th. then after that a merit list is published online through official website. And it happens two to three round up to vacancies are filled.
Faculty
As Ravenshaw university is one of the oldest college of odisha which have produced eminent alumni. In the present scenario the faculties of our college are highly qualified and cooperative towards students.
