Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is an integration of internships,live projects and workshops. We have skill development courses and industry exposure visits which enhances the students better. I choose Electronics and Communication Engineering because I am interested in the core field.
Internships Opportunities
Interships offers are very good at GNITS. Top MNCs like Microsoft Amazon Adobe Carrier Cisco Accenture Deloitte and other companies offer licenced certifications and Stipend for the students along with the internships.
Placement Experience
The placement scenario at my college is quite strong with high placement rate each year. We have recruitments from big MNCs like Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, Carrier, Cisco. The percentage of students getting placed is 88%
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees for each year is 100000 including registration fees, exam fees, records and etc., but excluding the transportation fees. There are scholarships for the students who are economically weak. The management seat in this college depends on the course you take.
Campus Life
We have technical and cultural clubs in our college which conducts a lot of events and workshops. GNITS students are sports enthusiasts. Many of the students participated in National level competitions and won prizes.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel here in GNITS is very good and hygienic. We have a nutritionist in the mess who cinsatn checks the protein source food for us. We have A/c and Non A/c rooms in hostel. The mess here is veg. We have a outdoor gym in the hostel too.
Admission
My college GNITS has strong academic reputation . Compared to other colleges i applied to this because this institution offers more specialised courses and preplacement training for job and internship opportunities
Faculty
The faculty are from very excellent academic background. They are very experienced in their respective fields. The faculty focuses on the interactive learning with case studies, group discussions and practical sessions. They use modern teaching aids like presentations and e platforms for the better understanding to the students. There are 2 mid term and 1 end sem examinations in each semester. There are 2 semesters in each year. The course curriculum is a balance of core and electives. It has good course outcomes and program objectives.
Night Life
My favourite hangout spot is gym. I like to workout everyday. I get so much peace in gym. I also like to hangout in Cafeteria with my friends. Our library has variety of knowledgeable books with fiction in it too..
