As it is a govt College the fee Structure is pocket friendly Specialised degree ( like welding technology , manufacturing technology) Faculty is good Campus is filled with greenery and peaceful campus. The only negative point is location of this college as it is away form city area and nearest village is 3-4km away.

The course structure is similar to other colleges and you got to study few additional subjects related to your specialisation branch. In every semester there are 2 minor exams and 1major exam and you have to clear both.

Placement are good , as new companies started visiting our college. And if you are from welding technology then you have special advantage. Companies like HUL, Godjrej , sonalika, Anglo eastern, TPL , Infosys , TCS etc comes to our college. Our college doesn't provide summer internships.

There are alot of events celebrated in our college. We celebrate every festival as well as technical and cultural and social fest, Sports meets etc Mahuram Techfest Cultural fest Annual sports meet

As it is a deemed University the fee structure is feasible and under 30k per semester including hostel fees + mess expenses. Scholarships are also awarded for the meritorious students and you can also apply for govt scholarships.

I haven't availed any scholarship. But college provide fee exemption for meritorious students who topped in entrance exam and in overall degree and you can apply for central govt scholarships like minority scholarship and you can also apply for state level scholarships

There are alot of extracurricular activities in our college you just need to explore as per your interest. There are many societies which perform different events time to time like SMES( Sliet mechanical engineering society) , Happy club , sivesa ( photography club) etc. There are some technical group like junkyard warrior which is very prestigious group of college, win alot of awards for there cart. Same goes to juggernauts , epicyclic etcs. Coming to sports facilities we have basketball court , football ground , volleyball court , badminton courts , SAC ( student activity centre ) for indoor games and gym.

Yes, I have opted for hostel , the hostel facilities are good there are 3 seater and single seater. Hostel has aqua guard for drinking water , bathrooms are equipped with geysers. Care taker and BHS are very supportive to students. Mess facility is also inside hostel.

Sliet has a good and reputed alumni network and all alumni's are very helpful and always ready to help there juniors. Annual alumni meets are organised in college. Senior's are very helpful and support us to grow like brother's

I applied for entrance exam and cleared the cut off and got admission in 2nd counciling. I got AIR 66 And got welding technology ( mechanical engineering ) which is for the college is known for. This college is famous for welding technology , as it is amongst the few engineering colleges in our country which provides engineering degree in this branch.

The faculty is very good. As you knw in every organisation there are some good and some are bad but my overall experience is good. Teachers are very supportive and encourage us to do our best. Our present Director motivates and fill the college with new enthusiasm and promote students to work on project.
