Remarks
Positive things, is that students have to come daily for the class. 75 percentage is needed to appear in the exam otherwise the student is not alloweded to sit in the exams this makes student to be regular in classes.
Course Curriculum Overview
I'm pursuing BTech from the college I mentioned above and my branch is ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGG. which has a large scope in engg. feild. As the course covers the basics of electronic and communication and also gives practical knowledge about the electronic components.
Placement Experience
College is working for their students as they get placement in campus. As now most of the companies visits and give placement to the students. This year 55 of the students were selected by the various companies under campus placement.
College Events
Technospandan, is the cultural and technical event which held every year in the month of feb-march. It also covers almost all the cultural events and technical including sports events.The students take parts and outer students can also take part.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college is self-financed. Yet the fee is feasible and the students get scholarship from the UP government scholarship programs.Current the fees is about 83000/- for the BTech student and the course has for four years.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship, is provided by the UP government for the students which have income certificate of less than 2 lacs per annum for the sc/st students. Scholarship is also provided for the students which comes from general categories also.
Campus Life
Actitivities such as participation in various cultural events , students take participation in it. There r various labs for the different subjects , labs has new generation machines and equipment for the better experience for the students.
Hostel Facilities
I'm a daily scholar. And I have seldom seen hostel.Yet I'm going to discuss about hostel things , the hostel have four building and now one more hostel is built up. So most the students are there which are from outer Kanpur.
Alumni/Alumna
This year alumni event also occurred. In this event most alumni comes to the college , they share their experiences. And we're awarded for their hard work making their college names to the high.They are placed in various companies like Wipro etc.
Admission
I cleared state entrance exam and after counseling I got seat in the above mentioned college. I locked my seat and taken printout that's the confirmation letter which I showed in the college and I had taken admission there.
Faculty
Faculty of my college is good. As most of them are Doctorate and Professor. They give very sensible lecture so that the students can't be bore in their class. They discuss problem with students as if any student have problem individually.
