Likes
- The campus is near to Delhi ,so it's convenient to hangout with friends.
- Facilities are decent for the course such as CSE,ECE
- Labs are in very good condition ,and have all types of equipment needed.
Dislikes
- Not value for money,as the education is very expensive
- Clubs don't have a specified space for conducting there practice and meetings and stuff.
- Canteens are a bit on the expensive side,as for chips and all , students prefer to go out of the campus ,as there are many shops outside the campus
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is good in respect to the reality of the teach field. But for first year there are many subjects like bio, chemistry, physics which may feel irrelevant to many students. As most of the papers are made from pyq ,it is easy to score . But u have to study,it's not like ki ek din pehle padne se 9 cgpa aa jaayegi.
Internships Opportunities
There are opportunities provided for internships, for the 3rd year students. Mostly in companies like IBM and Airtel. College also give special courses to the students who have high cgpa in the second year
Placement Experience
Placement is decent. Companies like IBM, Accenture and TCS offen hold their placement drives in our campus . There are also good opportunities for internships. The highest I have seen from my eyes is around 55lpa,but that was when I entered the college after it was like 22,25lpa highest and average is around 10-12lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure - Btech Cse(core)-300000 per year Btech Data science- 200000 per year Scholarships are provided on the basis of the srmjee(although it's just bluff ,as they only provide scholarship to top 10 students for this campus). Exam fees - 3100 per sem(may vary a little).
Campus Life
Campus life is all about the friend circle u are in. There are many sports event college takes part in and many events are held in campus ,we also have our own tech fest,and cultural fest which are one of the big highlights in their own league.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels have a bit complicated registration process as u have to submit the whole hostel fees in advance. In comparison to the hostels ,PG's are a little affordable .the food in the PG's is way better than the hostels. The locality has a no. Of PG's,so u can opt according to ur budget.
Admission
Exams accepted are like jee,srmjee. I chose this college as it is near to my house like 40 mins from meerut. I applied to other colleges as well like manipal and amity.buy due to some family health issues I had to restrain from these colleges and chose a college near by.
Faculty
Exam structure - there are 3- IE's(internal examination) Each for 20 marks (15+5). 15 marks for ie and 5 for the assignment. The paper is of 40 marks but it is converted to 15. So 60 marks for IE's and the rest 40 for external exams . Mudit sir is very good .
Night Life
In campus it's pretty good as there are dj nights like every 2 months,,the campus is beautiful at night with all the lights and lamposts. If u take off from classes or mainly on Saturday, sunday.u can go to Delhi ,Noida and spend the whole day there and experience new places
