A good experience in VIGNAN

The course curriculum includes both theory and practical knowldge which makes the students easy to understand. The curriculum includes projects, internships which makes the student ready for real time applications. The exams would be from moderate to difficult level. The end exam is 3 hours long.

The companies offers internships with stipend to our college. The companies are Infosys, [24/7].ai, Amazon etc. It also have core companies like Effectronics etc. The students work on real time projects in IT or core subjects.

After completing 6 semesters, the students are eligible for placement opportunities. During 2nd and 3rd years the college provides on campus training for students to make them job ready. The companies visited to our college are Amazon, Infosys, Accenture, Tech Mahindra etc. Each company take a minimum of 100+ students. Highest package is 2800000 per annum and the average package is 450000 per annum. More than 80% of the students gets places form every department.

The year-wise fee is Rs.52000. The tution fee is Rs.52000 and building fund is Rs.6000. The registration fee is Rs.1500 The students can get scholarships based on EAMCET and mains rank. The scholarship for that would be JVD.

Both Cultural and Technical fests will be happen every year in our college. The Cultural fest is YUVATARANG which is a 2 day fest happens in the month of january. The Technical fest is VISTA, it is also a 2 day fest happens in the month of August. The library have a lot of books including Textbooks, Competitive exam books etc. The classrooms are provided with projectors and smart TV. Every year college helds competitions in sports and Extra curricular activities.

I have applied for Andhra University, Gayatri vidhya parishad, Raghu engineering college along with vignan college. I got an admission in gayatri and vignan college. i choose vignan due to it's placement opportunities and real time projects. I got rejected in Andhra University as i did not get the cutoff rank in EAMCET exam. The admission process for college with scholarship would be to get a cutoff rank in mains or EAMCET exam.

The faculty to student ratio is 1:2. The faculty is ver friendly and approachable. They provide career gudance for the students. The faculty i have liked is Dr. Appala Naidu (Associate Professor) who is very active in presenting the topics and also does not hesitate to provide the knowledge which is out of syllabus. The exams would be moderate to difficult level. Mostly above 80% can pass the exam.

The college includes cafeteria which is accessible to both student and faculty which closes by 7PM. The gym and public area closes by 9PM. The campus timings are 9AM to 4PM. The hostel closes at 10PM for security and safety purposes
