Remarks
Low fees was the usp of the college for mba degree.the quality of the students was excellent.not having dedicated professional teachers was a negetive things.being in dephi was a positive thing as somehow it led to better placement
Course Curriculum Overview
The course was very much into the hr domain. All topics of hr was covered and students had liberty to hone their own knowledge in the best possible way. Also, the basics of finance marketing etc where also taught.
Placement Experience
The placement was average. However, considering the fact that the fee was rs one lakh for two years was a big advantage. Return on investment can be considered as one of the best in entire India. The average placement of six lakh can be considered good
College Events
A lot of events took place through out the year.symposia consisted of a discussion of eminent hr people from industry.alumni meet was a platform to engage ex students for betterment of the institution.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees was very much feasible.a fees of 50000 per year can be said to be penny in todays scenario where most of the b school charge fees going into lakhs.this can be attributed to being a goverent university.
Fees and Financial Aid
There was merit cum mean scholarship for deserving students.apart from that a large nimber of scholarships were provided by exstudents and retired teachers as well.the fees itself was so low that none of the students even thought of taking loan.
Campus Life
A lot of emphasis was given on extra curricular qctivities.students participated in various all india business quizees seminars and brought laurels to the institute.sports infrastruction was of delhi university standard
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilty was excellent with very low cost.food was excellent.rooms were spacious.modern facilty gym was available.due to high numer of students no one got a single seater accomodation.lawn and sports facilty were also avaible.recreation room had a large sitting capacity
Alumni/Alumna
They are well connected.the alumni committe was dedicated for engaging ex students.they were very helpful both in getting placements and interships.many exstudents came every year to give intership and placement offers every year.
Admission
In my time. They had a separate written test followed by a personal interview. The gd was also conducted where it was more of a fish market scenario. Later on, they removed the group discussion phase. The weightage on interview was 20 percent and based on rank.
Faculty
Faculty was good.there were only a few regulat faculty members as it it was a self finacing course.we used to get specialists from different colleges of delhi university and many proffesionqls from industry.
