I've gone through the curriculum at the time of joining which motivated me to learn better. Later on, the associated staff who lacked teaching methodologies made me feel embarrassing about my decision to join this college. This feeling made me opt for an online M.Sc in A.I which I am planning to put as the main PG course throwing away this BOOKISH MCA.

Tuition fees - 75,000 Other fees - 15,000 Lab fees - 3000 Library fees - 3000 Building fees - 4000 My college promised of giving us jobs and internships at the time of joining but later on they forgot about it and now made it mandatory to pay 16,000 extra fees in the name of CRT to avail any possible chance of getting a package around 3 to 4 LPA in today's job market.

Yearly once we have a YUVATARANG which happens in January 3rd week. Apart from this event college has the habit of celebrating everything which is a common event throughout the world. There are no dedicated sports events that happen in my college. Library is available with good number of books but we are rarely given time to borrow some books from library as there is no dedicated Library period in the timetable.

I gave ICET exam and qualified in it. I didnt get any rejections during the counseling period. I chose to join in VIIT as it is near to my home merely a distance of 4 to 5km. Some placements were shown during joining which I later discovered to be not the placements of MCA but the placements of B.Tech. I am really frustrated with the college as we are being misled in many ways. This is not where a valued student has to study

Faculty to student ratio is 132:1. If the student is interested, he/she can feel free to get his/her doubts clarified from the dedicated faculty member in or after the teaching period. Only one faculty member lacks teaching quality as she always refers to PDF or PPT and teaches them as they are without explaining in her own terminology. This creates a sense of going to school but not going to college in the minds of students who strive to develop from classroom explanation. There are weekly exams every wednesday and on a monthly basis we have Mid Term exams for every subject. I would personally not mention the name of faculty but I am open to say that it is a female faculty.

There's a canteen in VIIT , but the food quality is really worst as we occasionally find insects and worms in the food that is served in canteen. Campus is run from 9 am to 5 pm everyday. Library is open from 9 am to 6pm on the working days of my college.
