Bennett University honest review by the student itself

Curriculum is also good, we have three types of classes in our curriculum. 1)- Lectures - Here we are taught about the subject that mostly involves the theory part. 2)- Tutorials - Here we are taught the practical part including numericals and solving complex questions. 3)- Labs - Here we are provided with hands on experience and knowledge about the subject

I am in 2nd year so i haven't applied for any intersnship yet but yes college provide some nice internship options with a stipend of aorund 10-20k pm but one has to excell in academics for getting an internship from the college otherwise there are plenty off campus oppurtunities.

Students become eligible from 7th semester for campus placements. companies like adobe, microsoft, meta etc, visit the campus for placement but the overall placement stats are not very impressive hence many mass rec companies also visit the campus. most of the students go up for off campus placements or higher education. around 60-70 percent students gets placed others go up for higher studies. highest package is 1.2cr LPA and average is 8 LPA

I am roughly paying 2,66,000 which includes my tution fee including examination charges (1,91,000) and hostel charges (75,000) per semester. Which means I am paying 5,32,000 per year with (3,82,000) as my tution fee and (1,50,000) as my hostel charges (3 Sharing) per year. When we talk about scholarships, so we have multiple scholarships based on JEE Scores and 12th Board marks. Apart from merit based scholarship we also have scholarships provided to single girl child and army brats. Honestly getting a scholarship in Bennett is very easy, but there are no specific schoarships for SC/ST and other backward classes. For maintaining the scholarship one needs to score minimum 8 cgpa every year to secure his/her scholarship.

Campus life is great we have our flagship cultural event named UPHORIA every year and flaship technical event named ZENIVIA, which is truely operated and planned by the sudents, we have 20 plus clubs and chapters that are operated by students. We have a well equipped library in our college with LRC (learning resource centre) a place to sit with your friends and study in groups, the library is well equipped with all the required resources that we need for our overall development. We also have great sports facilities with almost all sports like squash, swimming, pool, billiards, football, basketball, cricket, volleyball, pickelball etc.

I had applied for VIT Vellore, i got selected but still i chose Bennett because its a growing college with comparitively less student intake, provides one of the best infrastructre in india and has one the best faculties from all around the world

Faculties are good and well educated, most of them are PHD'S from some top universities of the world, they are always helping an we can ask for their help whenever we feel like. If we don't like a specific faculty so we can easily get him/her changed by talking to our mentors. Every student has been alloted a mentor with whom we can discuss anything and get our problems resolved.

We have two fully running gyms in our college with almost all the required equipments and a great trainer to train us over that we have 4-5 good stalls that serve good food at reasonable prices. Campus in timings are 7PM but we can roam around in the campus till any time as we have a closed campus so there are no hostel restrictions. We have Alpha market/ jagat farms to visit near our college for enjoyment and good food.
