Review of Central University of Jharkhand

Instead of lacking in basic infrastructure facilities and basic labs our university in best in giving the education as our university has completed 10 years this month and many students have been placed in many national nad international places.

The course curriculum is very good as in this university we have integrated course of 5 years, 2 years PG course and PhD course. The course curriculum is designed in sach a way that it helps us to learn ad much as we can in that particular course. The exam pattern is also good as we have internals and semester. During every year we have to give 2 semesters examination i.e., each year is divided into 2 semesters

The placements in our university in not up to the mark. As we are having placement cell but there is no placement organized by our university. Only few companies visit our campus for placement. The administration doesn't look for the placements activiti for the students. Even some students got placed by off campus only.

The fee structure is very much feasible and can be affordable for everyone We have to pay only 2000 as our tuition fees per semester and 4000 as lab fees 600 for medical fees 300 for library fees and 20 for NSS fees. The fees for each department varies according to their course curriculum. The range of fees varies from 5000 to 8000 rupees per semester

Yes our university provides scholarship for the weaker students and offer either full freeship or partial freeship. The freeship only deduvts the tuition fees of the students i.e., 2000 per semester. No other freeship is given by our university

We don't hav that much of extra curricular activities as we lack basic facilities of ground in our temporary campus but since two years our university is organising Khelutsav which includes many games like kabbadi, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, cricket, chess, etc. Only labs of physics, chemistry, department having sufficient lab equipments to conduct lab. For engineering department we don't have basic lab facilities as we have to go to different college to do our labs.

Yes I have opted for hostel for only one year. The infrastructure of the hostel is not so good even the washroom are to dirty to use.in Summer we won't get proper water due to low ground water level. As our campus is a temporary campus we have hostel of ground floor only and the rooms of ostel are made up of fibre.

We we have been in contact with our alumi and even our senior student. They are quite helpful in every aspect as the alumni helps us to know about any companies for job opportunities, etc. Our seniors ate quite like our elder brother and sister they helps us in studies and even we organize departmental tours with our juniors and seniors.

I took admission through the National entrance exam for Central University namely CUCET in which an offline examination was held all over India through which the merit list is prepared which includes both the entrance test marks and class 12 marks. After that a merit score and rank was prepared then on particular date councelling took place through which I took admission

The faculties of our university are well qualified and have teaching experience in many universities. The teaching methodology by the faculties are quite good and understandable. They helps us in every problems related to studies, internships, experiments, etc
