VTU college hostel admission

i will rate course curriculam average , as there weremany things in syllabus thy need to update with comparing with the outer wolrd or any other leading colleges like rv , bms etc as companies expect students to be knowing all those facts perfectly while taking interview . because of this you need to learn some extra things by your own before attaining any company interviews .

you become eligible for placements from 6 sem as i got placed during tht sem only in TCS and my everage pacakge was 3.6 lpa . tcs cognizent comviva capgemeni tech mahindra are some companies that will visit regurlarly but bosch dellloite are some supremem companies that will visit and u can crack those if u have nice knowledge . some 70 percentage students will get placed . i got job did 1 year bt now doing masters because of my interest

i took admission via kcet and my seat was aided that is government seat . In that i paid some 19,000 to kcet and other than that 27000 to college in 1 year . Lter years it was total some 40k that i paid fees . branch is good placement also college will provide but the pacakge that is average will be less but u can easily get some 3 or 4 companies which is plus point . there are various scolarships that are available for SC/ST ppl goventment scolarships and general merit ppl who have low income . my few friends applied for scolarships and they used to get it on time alsogowever i was not eligible to get any scholarships as i am general and also income is not less . management seat average is around 4 lacs depending on the branch demand.

there will be many fests that will be happening two of big fets are maitri and sanksruti . campus life is good as ppl in college was good . i had a nice experience with my seniors as well as juniors and my batchmates as well . no such facilities provided within classrooms . lots of sports activities are done if u r good at it u can always go for it .

in hostel u get good clean rooms with three sharing if old hostel its 4 sharing . old hostel rent is some 40k less if u have category , new hostel is 85k not category applied here . old hostel have common washroom which was not that clean . but new hostel was having attached bathrooom and rooms are good for studied also . registration u go to college will only provide automaticcaly its not that difficult . meal is ok ok one day u get non veg wed and sunday egg rice mostly may be different now

i will like to apply in other colleges like rv , bms sjce etc as there curriculam is more advanced and that gives student to explore their innovative side also . i did not get in other colleges as i wanted ece via kcet only and ither colleges ranks was too less and mine was some 9k so i needed to come to that college that is Dr AIT . if you study properly for kcet or comedk u can get in other colleges easily

almost all the faculites were good and are having helping nature . always will help u with all your academics doubts . some faculties name like vidyashree maam , uma maam , girija maam they were very good at teaching their stuffs . some facuties were too lazy and used to not teach any stuffs only ppt studies . total we had 2 internals and another one extra if u missed any one of the internals or u dont have god marks the 3 one was extra and sem exam for 100 marks . exams used to be easy very basic if u have studied eveyrthing thy taught in class .

GD was not there for alll colleges bt test will alsways be there after selection in written test u need to give face to fce interview . there was no extra test for admission only one entrance test was there nothing else .

ther are some few gyms near college and many ppl used to go also to those gyms . cafes were also available with good ambience and sudent friendly proce also and not to mention good food . for giels hostel last was 7;30 for boys last was 10;30 . u were not allowd to roam inside campus also outside hostel if u r giel after 7.30 also.
